I like the slogan, although Naru's obsession with Sasu annoys me a little. >> Again, compact, tonal and pretty.

The background image is awesome, a very good fanart. The layout is nice too, though I think that last line about rep should really be in the bottom blue box instead of outside it.

The spoiler's unnecessary and doesn't look good. The arrangement could be done better, i.e. all centered. And the images aren't really of high quality or originality. So... =\

Pink and black- such bold colors.. It's a good banner, but it's a bit overwhelming with it's boldness. The text doesn't work with me too well either, bold and pink. But overall it's a pretty good, distinct signature that you've got. 7/10

Putting aside the fact that it's Minato, it's so easy on the eyes. Aaand, it matches the forum skin I'm using. =]
