Hm.. Well, the text could use a smaller, more serious-cool looking font. Also, what's that big space in the beginning..? A center alignment or something would be nice too..
The banner itself is a bit off, though effort is quite apparent. Though the image is placed in quite nicely, the black space around the center and right could really use some filling. It's kind of hard to see the text near the bottom, too.
With a little more effort, this could be a pretty darn good signature. 6/10
