Could organize it a bit more, and the banner creeps me out.
Just my opinion though
 
I like the background, with the playing cards. The text runs out of the box and some of it is transparent (unless you did that deliberately).

Yeah, I did the transparent box on purpose, and the text going beyond the defined areas is actually a browser issue, not due to my CSS coding.
( Runs off to check in Firefox, Safari, and Camino browsers )

Edit: Ah, I see it now! In Firefox, it reads the CSS I put as being transparent, instead of reading like it was white in the Camino Browser. I know how fix this, shouldn't be a problem to anyone.

Banner is a bit large, and the text's color doesn't complement the background.
