I have no idea what the left one means...
I think the middle one is a soldier, which is kinda cool.
The one on the right makes me laugh cause the girl has a funny look on her face.

I love the banner. CME can do some great work.
The text could use some spicing up. I'm not a big fan of Verdana
The TC doesn't match the rest of the sig, but it is in a spoiler; so it can gain some points back.

The banner is a horrible mix of colours, user bars are just a straight up no no, and the organisation could have been done a lot better too.
