2/10 - I see very little effort thus far. The navi sprite isnt all that great either, it's obviously a recolor, which takes very little skill to master. Come on and try to wow me!

I've made some minor tweaks and updates to my signature, rate as you will

Ooh, Ecruteak City, in it's lovely new coat.
I love that picture, but the text kinda hard to read. =o Although it doesn't bother me.
And if possible, try to do something with the text beneath your banner. =O

PS: for those who want to know
First character in my signature = Sword = Ken
Second character = Heart/Soul = Shin

Edit: oh, boy beaten. and I only realised it now. XD

Anyways, Pokedra:
I like the colour scheme, since it's all blue. I don't know what it looks like in other themes, but I like it in the one I'm using. The text is nice and the banner is okay.
