Well it's fine, organized and whatever.

So I give it an 8 out of 10~

Gaaah!! I hate when people say it's just fine, nothing wrong, but don't give a perfect rating. Something is obviously wrong if it isn't perfect. >:[

I give it a 9/10. The signature itself is awesome but I don't like the over-use of exclamation points at the top.
