Roselia. Very intresting. I like how the color of the banner isn't to bright or dark. though it would be better if both banner and avy matched. Its good. 8/10

Pixel art is good, although, in your sig it looks like she's flipping me off. =_=;;

9/10 the B&W is kind of boring, even though it's supposed to be that way.
 
Rider Theme eh?
Starting with the Avatar, Chibi Rider, pretty good
Siggy, overall good, though of course the animation gets boring over time.
As for the color scheme, it's pretty good, alternating between colors that go well with the banner.

Nice. Matching avy, banner, and text. It would be nice if it had your username in there somewhere, but pretty good. Of course, it was made my Munna so it has to be good!! XD

It not very organize. I mean I see so many things in your theme. I have no idea how the avatar and the sig are suppost to match or go together. Then I see Cowboy Bebop's famous ending but it doesn't match.
