Ehh...you've basically got the same picture twice and the banner (and consequently also the avatar) is little more than a picture out of Advent Children with a transparent blue border on it. Also, the border looks sort of disbalanced because the right side is so light (highlighting the blue) whereas the left one is dark (toning the blue down). Finally, the blue in your signature is a bit too light in contrast to the dark banner/picture and that title doesn't really seem to fit the expression in the picture. o.O

Ehh...7/10. It's not cluttered but it's too plain. :\
 
Zomg, I was gonna rate your theme a few hours earlier today, and tell you that your Haku picture was kind of blurry, but you changed it! It's still kind of blurry, and could definetely use some contrast, but I like the Hunter-nin mask. I'm obsessed with Hunter-nin...

The banner is kind of.... Well, the bar got slid a little too far to cyan with color adjustment, in my opinion. But I do like the effect of the two screenshots being put together, and anything Hunter-nin or Haku is just plain win. It could use a border, and it could er... be a little clearer without the words on the left, but the font color... kinda-almost matches.

But the graphics are a heck of a lot better then what I've seen in the past, and dealing with screenshots is something I hate, and having them being so well worked into the set...

(Now if only the avatar had that cyan feel to it...) ^^;

Well, firstly, that avatar looks rather big. Liek, over the limits?
Secondly, the quality is liek..... pixelation overdrive?!
You could do with better editing, more creativity, a border, better organization and perhaps more effort, I daresay. If anything, you have a "theme".

The theme of the avatar and signature are great in my opinion, and the lack of text makes it look all the more neat and organised. The signature image I really have no problem with, but the avatar's lighting is a bit too much I think. It's not that it's bad, but the lighting kinda conflicts against the boldness of the original image. It's still neat and pretty though. ^^

Though both items match and there is a sound colour scheme and, I boldly suggest, cute asepct to the theme, it's too plain for me, and both could do with borders. Still, it is certainly appealing. 7/10
 
Nooooiiiice Sasu-Sasu theme.

The only complaint I've got is the render itself. It looks like a manga colored image, and the coloring is poor in one aspect: They left the black as it is. Sasuke's hair should've been highlighted on the right, and the same goes for the middle of his forehead protector.

But that's not your fault. Just something that irks me.

I also dislike the difference in lighting effects, but it's not so big an issue that I'd take a point off for: Two words Jay-Jay. D:

One thing I'd like to touch on. Just because my font is always the same (which it is not, for your very mislead information, as insignificant as the differences may seem), does not mean they're the same thing. I apply different colours and effects most times.

Anywho. Your theme is.... interesting. Nice colouring, if that's what it's about, but really, I think it's too plain. You once said that my banners sometimes look more liek "picchars", and I believe the same applies for you this time. And another personal grudge: selection borders. <_< Still, the colours are soft and matching, and this is definitely a theme, so.... 6.98989898989/10
 
I'm liking it. A lot. The simplicity, yet it's not that simple. The text placement is great, and the picture you used it quite fitting with the background, and vice versa.

The picture itself is a little weird... The whole blood that came out of nowhere, and that black stuff that looks like it's merging out of the guy's hair. His eyes are demony, too. Clearly it's something from Naruto, which I don't watch, so I wouldn't know if any of the stuff I pointed out should be there.

For your avatar, I liked the part of the banner you chose as your avatar. It's cool.

You're theme is simple yet cool. Since the tag and avatar are made excellently, not much else is needed. The colors were brightened in the avatar so it doesn't just look like a crop of the tag. Nice theme you've got there.

Text isn't very organized but the color scheme is carried throughout which is good. Avatar matches the same theme as the tag without being redundant. Tag itself is good but text could be better.

Well..... it looks MSPaint-ish.

The pixelated right side clashes quite heavily with the left side, which is softer, more balanced and lighter overall. The right side, secondly, is neither even (the triangles are askew), or smooth (the odd pixel ditch or bump), and the colours are too limited; lastly, those sprites you didn't have to paste in three times, because it unbalances the positioning and makes it look repetitive. The positive points are that.... there is a colour scheme. The idea relates back to your avatar as well, and thus you have a theme. However, text could be organized better, aligned with your banner. I'm sorry if all this seems too harsh :3

Another great theme, Jae. The text on the banner is a bit too dark, but other than that no real complaints. You should throw your family in there somewhere though. ;D

Nicely done, I don't like Dorapion much but that's my opinion. I think it's good-fitting and is nicely constructed.

Aaaah, it has no border! xD; I really like how the theme matches, but doesn't use the same image over and over in the set, and watery effect is nice as well. But the text... >.< I absolutely despise the plethora of random colors in the text, and the way it's organized is certainly not appeasing to the eye. Also, what with so much text, it takes attention away from the banner itself.

Nice soft colours, comic strip type effect looks shexy, pretty image with no distracting text, great chemistry between avatar and banner ... heaven. :3

Hmm... That's a nice theme. The colours match the image, and the image itself is pretty cool. The text placement on the banner good... Except for the fact that the card Kaiba's holding is covering like one third of the word "Witness" (At least I'm pretty sure it says witness O_o). Oh yeah, and the banner and avatar match nicely too ^^ And the text under the banner is nicely organised, and the font colours match with the colours from the banner.

Uwaaa, I can't say I like this theme much compared to some of your old ones~ ^^;

I don't like the stock in general, as I think Fox looks really er... squashed. xD; Not that I've ever been into Fox games, but you know. I like how you made the color scheme though, I've always had trouble with color schemes when it came to stocks like that!

The text organization is neat, but I like it a little better when there are similar effects on both the avatar and the banner. ^^;

But it's definetely a nice theme~
