1. It's perfectly okay to rate it again if you've already rated it. o O
2. It's perfectly okay to post if you don't have a theme, people have different opinions on what's a theme or not.

Like, I personally don't think your banner and avatar is a a theme at all. -2 The rainbow-y non-matching text really really REALLY bothers me, especially the blue and purple. -1 The decorations are cool, but would've looked nicer uncolored. And I hate it when text exceeds the banner. -1

The image looks like there's a touch of noise on it, which is no good, -.5, and there's no border, so it just looks like a picture pasted onto the sig. -.5

The avatar is cool, however, no complaints there, other then it would've been nice if the moon were white and not grey, but it looks fine either way.

Great! 9/10 Turquoise and brown always work!
I like how it's shifted on both sides so nothing looks empty~
The only thing that kinda sticks out to me is the 3px black border; it just seems too obvious.
lots of --- and xx's though. But it's cool, it's cool.

Btw, person rating mine, view it under Blue variant for best results~~~~

The light blue doesn't exactly reflect your theme...I would go for a more...steelblue color? Something a bit darker. The green font in the banner sticks out a bit too >.< You don't like lols? I like lolis

Also, don't go around and post things like "I already rated your's before, [insert same rating here].", if you already have rated the users Signature/Avatar/Theme/etc. before, just wait for someone else to post!

If you have something new to say about their theme, you can rate it again. It doesn't say you can't, or can I not read either? Yeah. I know that the person DID say that, but next time, it's better to quote the rule so that someone else who reads it doesn't assume that they can't re-rate a theme AT ALL. I'm sorry if I didn't make that clear.

OMFG CHIBI-CHAN, Alice. :D That's hawt lol. Airadriel should totally like, have an Aliot as his avvy. That'd be matching pair power. >D I don't really like the banner though. D: The blue doesn't really match the blue of Blue Variant, and the left align doesn't really appeal to me. -2 I love the pale dotted border +1, I just wish you'd put something on the right side, you know? -1 :<

But that's an awesome Alice sprite in your avvy there. 8/10
