I'd say the banners look okay, but Sceptile one on the bottom could use some work. -1 The text arrangement also -1. :<

And with two banners in the sig, it just looks cluttered. -1

The avatar is a screenie, which is no good since the banners are both extremely GFX'ed. -1

The banner's quite large but I like the image that was used. The text colouring nicely fits in with the overall theme as well, which is nice. The only thing I don't really like is that avatar... There's something about it that just doesn't seem right. Otherwise a very good theme. 9/10

It looks good and all. What kept you from getting a nine was the small Renji image at the end of the sig and the spoilor tag. (Not much a fan of spoilor tags in sig). Still the banner does looks great.

Hmm... Well, your theme is pretty good. I just dislike the " I only raise Pokemon naturally, I don't raise them for worthless IVs and EVs. If you could care less about IVs and EVs, copy & paste this into your signature. " sentence because it cuts at some point, in your signature. 8/10 <~
