Overall a pretty theme. Your colour scheme is quite nice. No colours that pop out, it gives a nice feeling. The yellow and orange shadow still give it a flaming effect. Quite nice. ^_^ And organised too.

Seeing as the banner doesn't work, I can't rate you as high. However, most people on this particular forum keep the banner the same as the avy and vica versa. Seeing as your text matches your avatar which probably matches your banner, which doesn't work, I'd rate you an 7.5/1o.

The left part of the banner just looks a bit to messy with the brushes.
 
The banner didn't show up before. It is now.

8/1o because the banner isn't amazing. It's not awesome with the brushing and font. But none the less, it fits.

And my banner is supposed to be like that to symbolize the roughness of a skater but the simplicity of their life at the same time.

The designs are just great, they fit in with the skateboard render. The colors go with the flow, as well. Quite a theme you've got there ;D
 
It looks pretty cool, and the theme is cool. I like how you added the effects in your signature and the black border in your avatar. 9/10
 
Although I don't like it at all, it matches with your sig and single's one of the pokemon out of the large banner. 7.5/1o.

It's Nice, the avatar is a great sprite (I like Electabuzz too) and the sig is fine, but there's somthing missing, but I'm not sure what. I'll rate you at 8.5/10
