Tornadus : Incarnate form, lvl 40 in masterball, Pranskter ability, hardy nature, unfortunately has only one perfct iv in hp

Sure i guess..but could you get me a razor fang..need it to evolve my gligar
and i dont have reshiram, i have zekrom and kyurem
