Real or fake? What card is this exactly?

    Welcome! I'll move this to the TCG section as you're bound to get more help from people who have the correct knowledge of the cards.
     
    I'm no expert on classic fakes (I've seen a lot that look legit), but I'm inclined to call this one fake based on the cut of the bottom left corner. The colors also look REALLY dull, but part of that might be the sleeves. We'll likely need a clearer photo (or scan), preferably alongside an official card, to get a better idea.

    Agreed. Spacing seems completely off if you look at the distance of the attack damage from the edge compared to a typical Base Set Charizard. Colors also look dull in a sense, but also kinda like they were darkened up compared to the legitimate version of a shadowless base set Charizard (which has a very light orange color relative to other prints of it, iirc).

    The spacing actually seems pretty spot-on for a shadowless Charizard, though the black ink appears to have bled a bit (presumably blur from being printed from a scan, printed on the wrong paper, or both), which makes the text look bolder. Could be distortion from the low-quality photo, though.
