This is a feature that I take for granted. Which item/s do you usually have registered? What would it be if we could only register one again?

I used to always register a fishing rod because that was the biggest pain to keep scrolling down the menu for. Now I have the bike, rod and EXP. Share registered. Even though it's subtle, this feature makes breeding a bit less of a pain in the behind for me so I'm thankful. Had I only been able to register one then nowadays I'd have to go with the bike.

Bike, always. Sometimes the fishing rod, but I rarely use Pokemon that you have to fish for, so...

Bicycle usually. Since we were able to register up to 4 items, it werer mostly a rod,
the flute for soaring and the dowsing machine.

I pretty much always register the bike. (I didn't in Gold because I didn't want to register something and be unable to unregister it later, and I kind of liked the message about being able to register something for use via the select button.) These days, I generally have my bike in a convenient spot (I think it's the down slot right now on both X and AS), a rod or two, and maybe the item finder (dousing machine). In ORAS, I use the flute for flying in place of one of the rods.

The four select spot thing works pretty well for me at the moment. I like having multiple items easily accessible, but 4 is a small enough number that things don't get cluttered. Replaying RBY, I've realized that I take select for granted these days. I just moved my bike to the top of my item list on Red, and I'm still mildly annoyed by how long it takes me to access it.

Interesting to have the Exp. Share registered. I have the bike, Dowsing Machine, Super Rod, and Eon Flute on mine.

The horror of registering just one key item again.. no thanks. We have so many of them now that I have a hard time selecting even the full four without having to set one or two aside. I usually go for the bike, good and master rods, and eon flute (ORAS) or exp. share to turn on/off quickly. It's super convenient!

Oh, I forgot the Eon Flute! That's a great one. It's a fun way of cutting down the need for HM slaves.

Always used to be the bike in the days where you could only register one item. Now that you can register up to four items it's bike, dowsing machine, fishing rod and either exp share or poké radar. On ORAS though it's bike, dowsing machine, exp share and eon flute. Until the point where I can get both bikes then I swap the exp share for the other bike.

if i had to go back to registering one item it would be the bike

as of now i always register the bike and the dowsing machine and usually leave it at that. if i fished as much as i used to i would register the rod... idk why it never dawned on me to register the exp share, but now that i read that i will lol.

Bike, Fishing Rod, Dowsing Machine, and Town Map (but not in ORAS, that's what the dexnav is for.

I'd prefer a system like BW2, where you could register a lot.

I always register my bicycle and a fishing rod. In OR/AS I also have the Eon Flute because I need a quick way to get out while still exploring in the sky.

In ORAS I have fishing rod (pity no sub-menu that remembers the last rod - for one extra button press it would be so worth it), bikes (again should be in an extra menu like the rods), and dowsing machine. Were it not for two bikes, I'd return to having Soar registered again.

So far I do register Bike in pass series while ORAS I always registers Bike and Eon Flute, soaring is so fun
