Need a 4th move for this Gliscor set also need a good nature and EV spread for leading.

Gliscor @ Focus Sash
-Rock Polish
-Baton Pass
-Stealth Rock
-???

No that will fail because you are trying to cram too much on it, stick to either Baton Passing OR SR support.

How about...

Gliscor @ Focus Sash
Jolly nature
6 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Roost
-Stone Edge

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 192 HP / 96 Atk / 220 Speed
Jolly Nature (+ Speed / - SpA)
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt / U-turn

This is much better, the EV spread allows you to always 2HKO max HP / 12 Def Metagross with Earthquake, while outspeeding Jolly Lucario and enemy Gliscor (so they don't Taunt you first), and the rest is put into HP for bulk. If you are planning to use Gliscor offensively, I suggest not putting Stealth Rock on its moveset for better coverage. And using something like Swords Dance / Earthquake / Roost / Stone Edge with the EV spread of 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 Speed (you can use move more EVs from HP to Attack if you want to) and change Gliscor's Ability to Hyper Cutter so Gyarados, Salamence, etc doesn't cut your Attack. Also, Focus Sash is not really good on something as bulky as Gliscor; you want to take advantage of its survivability by using Leftovers.

I'll use that and EV spread set just torn between Taunt and U-Turn I'll test both.
I'm keeping SR and my Focus Sash because this is a lead.

Focus Sash doesn't help it against anything so you might as well use Leftovers. Swampert is the only thing and you should just switch out of that.

What about Starmie's Ice Beam? And other fast Ice Beamers? I need to set up Rocks so when Sash activates I can get rocks in.

What's the point of having a focus sash? Anything that could do that much damage could just do it again anytime. Meaning surviving for a roost would be pointless.
Edit: And what exactly would you do to that Starmie or fast Ice beamer once you had survived, only to then switch back in on SR/Spikes/Toxic Spikes/A priority move?
And I've now lost all hope of anyone ever replying to my post...

Um, I'll set up Rocks on the turn Focus Sash activates the switch to my own Starmie for the Rapid Spin.

If all you care about is a fast Stealth Rock then you should be using Aerodactyl anyway. The point of using Gliscor is to get up SR on most leads while having a good bulky Pokemon to use throughout the game. Focus Sash completely goes against that. You shouldn't leave it in on Starmie (which BTW is super uncommon). Just bring it in later. If Stealth Rock is all that matters to you, use Aerodactyl.

How would I go by getting Selfdestruct on a baby Munch/Snorlax?

I wanted a offensive Heal Bell support...
& I did not post any EVs...
Is this any better?:
Celebi @ Life Orb
Nature: Timid
EVs: (Help please)
~Heal Bell
~Recover/ Earth Power/ HP Fire
~Grass Knot/ Leaf Storm
~Psychic/ Recover
Ok, keep in mind that this'll have Wish support from 1 or 2 allies, & I don't know if I'll really need Psychic... 1 of my pokemon is Vaporeon, whom counters Infernape pretty good...
I don't mean to be rude, but I'm still needing some help here...

Ugh...and I just happen to not own a Gamecube.

Well how do I get Curse/Fire Punch on it?

Hmm...

curse is an egg move and fire punch is an emerald/platinum move tutor move

Is a rash natured ralts any good for a gardevoir? Just wondering because i chained a shiny one. I know ralts is a sp.attacker with good sp.def and rash is +sp.attack and -sp.def

So idk what to do...trade it to a friend or ev it for myself?

Don't EV it...Rash isn't a very good nature for Gardevoir. Modest, Calm or Timid are probably your best bets.

Ah, phooey, I didn't recall correctly...
Sorry dude!

I've added Skarmory as a lead. So I have SR, Spikes, Wish and Toxic support as well as Zapdos' chance of parylasis. I want a curse user that would help with coverage and maybe one more sweeper? Heal Bell would be very usefull and Rapid Spin, but that isn't essential. I don't want more than one more OU btw.
I still need help with this one that everyone completely ignored :(
