Does anyone know of a good moveset/nature for a Relicanth? I believe Rest/Amnesia are common used moves on it, but nature, I have no clue... any suggestions or if it's even possible to use?

Ah Relicanth, there are two good set for it IMO.

Choice Band

Relicanth@Choice Band
Adamant Nature
evs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Speed
Trait : Rock head
- Head Smash
- Waterfall
- Double Edge
- Earthquake

Rock Polish

Relicanth@Leftovers/Life Orb
ability: Rock Head
nature: Adamant
evs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
- Rock Polish
- Head Smash
- Waterfall
- Earthquake

Both these sets are beasts. Ive used both and they are fantastic.

No recoil from head smash and double edge = win !!

Waterfall for STAB

Earthquake for general coverage against electric switch ins etc.

Choice band gives it around 459 attack and trust me anything coming from that HURTS.

The Rock Polish set gets around 419 speed after a single Rock Polish, you can put life Orb on this set if you want versatility that the choice band doesnt give you, still this has alot of power behind it.

This is great on a sandstorm team aswell.

Thanks a bunch Azelf; I really hadn't thought of Rock Polish idea though. That's just... wow. Head Smash + Rock Head ftw! ^^ I think the Life Orb set with Rock Polish, EQ, Waterfall, and Head Smash would work excellently.

Again, my thanks to ya.

Can anybody help me with this Jumpluff moveset please?

Jumpluff @ Wide Lens
Chlorophyll
-U-turn
- Sunny Day
- Poisonpowder
- Leech Seed

Use Sunny Day to boost your speed, Poisonpowder & Leech Seed to annoy then use U-turn to switch out

I can understand the reasoning on this setup for Jumpluff, but... I don't think Poisonpowder is needed. Sleep Powder = much better for the occasion. Holding a Big Root works fine too to keep HP draining high with Giga Drain as well, but... Wide Lens is useful for Sleep Powder effectiveness. Also, Jumpluff has a lot of speed already. Whether I'd use Sunny Day or not is debatable.

Ok, so
Jumpluff @ Big Root
- U-turn
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Cotton Spore / Mega Drain / Bounce

You need the TM Giga Drain instead to get the maximum efficiency.

Alright, I'm asking for assistance again... this is a tough nip to get past too for me. I'm not a big fan of being put to sleep... at all.

I need a good pokemon to swap to in anticipation to Hypnosis/Sleep Powder/Spore. Anyone have a good pokemon and moveset?

Why not take advanage of being asleep, get a pokemon that knows Sleep Talk & Snore

Because not all pokemon can have access to that. Also, Snore is useless against Ghosts. I do have a Sleep Talker, but it's just to take advantage of the Resting. I'm talking about a pokemon that I can swap in to stop a Hypnosis. Even a Magic Coater will work.

Ninjask@Focus Sash

Cool, thanks.. but why no Tyhplosion??
I don't like Ninjask.. too OU.
I thought Tyhplosions Eruption worked well for Double Battles?

A sleep talker is your best bet :/ You can also use a cleric, a poke with Insomnia(Noctowl, thats it :/) or a natural cure poke (Starmie,Celebi,Blissey..)

Jumpluff @ Big Root
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- U-turn / Silver Wind
- Synthesis / Rest

Is that any good?

Jumpluff as a Subseeder works best. IMO. Can't really do anything else..

Jumpluff (F) @ Leftovers ** The Sceptile Jr.
Trait: Chlorophyll
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sunny Day
- Hp [Fire] / Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Substitute. I'd run Sleep Powder for the 2nd slot to take adventage of Chlorophyll's boost. Makes it possible to Sweep. But then again, you're going to need a attack, and Hp [Fire] gains boost from the sun, I think...

Honchkrow's too unstable vs. Gengar to be useful as Insomnia. I'm trying to find pokemon that are rather decent, but not along the lines of commonly used (not OU, just commonly used).

For Typh, strangely, I think the best bet is to run a mixed set of some sort (atk and sp. atk) However... I just can't find a very effective set to be honest.

Hmm. That would be effective. because well.. His Movepool sucks, but combined together, (Special and Physcial) it has a strong chance of working.
