Can anybody recommend movesets/natures/ev spreads for this team I want to make? (for D/P)

I'm unsure about Light Ball though, because I've heard it also doubles Attack as well as Sp. Atk in the 4th Gen, but I'm uncertain. I'll evolve this guy to Raichu if I have to, but I'd like to keep him as a Pika.

I was just wondering if this set is viable. I have no idea of it's IV's it's from the GTS, but before you say "OMG HAX", I'm fairly certain it's legit. From Kanto at Lv. 3.

- Substitute. Surf is another option for both the Set's. But yeah, your Set works as well due to Light Ball. Hasty / Naive >>>> Lonely, though. 152 Atk / 104 SAtk / 252 Spd for the EV Spread. HP [Ice] is an option if you want to replace Grass Knot. And Volt Tackle is another option to go for with Thunderbolt.

I realize that you do 3rd Generation, Kero×. So I wasn't sure if you wanted 4th Generation or 3rd Generation movesets. So I added Psychic as an alternate move. But if this is 4th Generation, I recommend you stick with Grass Knot.
 
Loquacity is making a thread for individual movesets. It was changes, now it's changed back I guess ;)
