Hey could anyone help me with a competative team with Empoleon and Charizard in it. The only other things i would say is i always try my best not to double up types and no legendaries. Thnx in advance.

Oh and i forgot i want it mostly centered on characters you can catch in D/P so just no unobtainables other that Charizard if possible.

I'm trying to prepare a team for competitive/casual play. Using all generations and only one type of a hold item for the whole team so that means not more than one poke can the same item.

The pokes I definately want are going to be a Sceptile, Snorlax, and possibly a Weavile. If you can help thx in advance. Also going to need 3 other pokes but I don't know wut to choose and of course no legendaries.

The only one I can/will fill is xXscytherXx's request. I'll talk to Iceman or something for all you guys who want D/P teams.

  • Need a D/P Wifi Team. I want Feraligatr on it. I don't want any Legends on it. I don't want any Hidden Power on it. I'd like it to be atleast 16.66666667% unstandard (1/6).

    Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 212 HP / 120 Def / 176 SDef
    Calm Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Mean Look
    - Dark Pulse / Protect
    - Wish
    - Baton Pass
Pick something to Mean Look, then Baton Pass. Team's Special Tank.

    Feraligatr (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Aqua Tail
    - Ice Punch
The star of the team. DDGatr is the best thing I could come up with.

    Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Hyper Cutter
    EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 176 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Earthquake
    - Roost
    - X-Scissor
    Team's Physical Tank.

    Meganium (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Overgrow
    EVs: 204 HP / 136 Def / 20 Spd / 92 SAtk / 56 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Energy Ball
    - Light Screen
    - Aromatherapy
    - Leech Seed
    Team's Cleric

    PorygonZ @ Life Orb
    Ability: Adaptability
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Stat, -Stat)
    - Nasty Plot
    - Ice Beam
    - Tri Attack
    - Thunderbolt
    Special Sweeper.

    Blaziken (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Flare Blitz
    - Stone Edge
    - Reversal
    Team's Back-Up Physical Sweeper Plan.
I can tell this team falls prey to something, but I just can't put my finger on what it is.

  • Sorry if you are busy, but my brother wishes to have an ingame team centered around infernape. If you could that would be great. Remeber this team is not competitive. my brother hates things like having to counter skarm-bliss or hazers.

    ._.'

Oh yeah! he has pearl version.
Well I guess I'll just have to pull one of those "in-game styled" team blueprints :x

    Gliscor (F) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Ability
    EVs: 52 HP / 184 Atk / 96 Def / 176 Spd
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - X-Scissor
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Fang
    - Roost

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 Atk / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Energy Ball
    - Charge Beam / Calm Mind
    - Focus Blast
    - Psychic

    Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Thick Fat
    EVs: 204 HP / 128 Atk / 176 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Return
    - Crunch
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    Leafeon (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Leaf Guard
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Leaf Blade
    - X-Scissor
    - Swords Dance
    - Synthesis

    Starmie @ Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 Sp. Atk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Recover
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Surf / Hydro Pump

    Infernape (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Blaze
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Stat, -Stat)
    - Swords Dance
    - Flare Blitz
    - Close Combat
    - Stone Edge

There you have it, an in-game team, which is by no means competitive. Just all-out attacking.

    Furret @ Choice Band
    - Return/Body Slam/Double-Edge
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Punch / Brick Break
    - Trick

You can hit hard with CBed physical moves, and screwup some special attacker later with Trick.

Furret @ Liechi Berry / Salac Berry
    - Substitute / Endure
    - Reversal
    - Return / Body Slam
    - Shadow Ball

Or, as an alternative, you can use a Reversaler, though that might not be a good idea with Tyranitar around. Good future reference though, I suppose.

Thanks man. Trick is so usefull when used right.

    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Ice Beam
    - Mirror Coat
I don't know too much about Glaceon, so this is all I could come up with.

For now, you get those two. Any other Eeveelutions, I'll cover within time.

    Very well then.

    Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Overgrow
    EVs: 92 HP / 252 Spd / 164 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Leech Seed
    - Substitute
    - Hidden Power (Ice)
    - Leaf Storm
Leaf Storm because you're not keeping it in on anyone.

    Weavile (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 156 HP / 136 Atk / 216 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Ice Punch
    - Night Slash
    - Aerial Ace
Aerial Ace is there because Heracross and a bunch of other Fighting types don't like Weavile. =/

    Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Thick Fat
    EVs: 204 HP / 128 Atk / 176 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Curse
    - Rest
    - Earthquake
    - Return / Crunch
...Yeah, I think we know what to do here.

    Medicham (F) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Pure Power
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Stone Edge / Thunderpunch
    - Hi Jump Kick
    Raffine.
Jolly Nature for that big surprise on Adamant CS Heras.

    Miltank (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Scrappy
    EVs: 212 HP / 176 Def / 120 Spd
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Milk Drink
    - Heal Bell
    - Body Slam
    - Earthquake
Miltank's Scrappy ability say HI TO GENGAR.

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 172 HP / 80 Def / 100 Spd / 116 Sp. Atk / 40 Sp. Def
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Recover
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rapid Spin
    - Surf
Because Rapid Spinning off Spikes is a lot of fun.

Gliscor would probably be a better option over Miltank, but Miltank's only there since that's the only Physical Tanking Heal Beller that fits the team.

I'd kinda like another team made if possible. Anything works as long as there aren't any ubers, it has great flow to it and has very, very few weaknesses, none if possible.

  • Mmmm... I'd like to request an in-game team for D/P, if that's alright.

I've already decided what Pokes I want to use, but I've merely chosen them because I like them, not so much because they suit certain strategy purposes or anything like that. (Bad, I know. e.e; )
So just a fair warning: My choices may make you cringe, and my team is bound to be flawed. I just want to see if you guys can help me 'do the best with what I have', so to speak.

But yes, here are the Pokes I want to use(In no particular order.) :
    Empoleon, Gengar, Gallade, Honchkrow, Leafeon. And for the last one, I want either Mawile, Ludicolo or Froslass. Whichever one will make my team suck the least. e.e;

Provide natures, movesets, EV suggestions... y'know, all that good stuff.
Also, above all else, I'd like it if you could tell me some of the major flaws of my team, so when I get my behind handed to me via Wifi battles, I'll have an idea as to why I got thrashed so badly. :)
And... while I know I said I already have my mind set on certain Pokemon, I'm still open to suggestions for replacements for members of my team if it's really abysmal or just completely beyond hope.

Thanks in advance to anyone who decides to try this. And yes, before anyone asks, I'm a complete n00b. :)

    P-please don't eat me... ;>_>

And that moveset is beyond retarded and as far as I'm concerned, it's a joke moveset.

That glaceon is used in the same way as milotic right?? Since the battle only consist of 6 pokemon which eeveelution should i drop beside eevee? Is it flareon? How about for double battle? Umbreon is hard to use in double IMO..

"McGraw" is the mind behind McGar to throw it out in the open like that :)

I think its good if you can hit it off right, switch into a Ground attack and set off a wish, not that hard =/

Since most likely i will play double or maybe multi, i would choose the iceman3k set, since i don't think this moveset could be used in double/multi...

May i have a team that has rapid spin, spikes, haze/roar, heal bell, sleep talk, a sleep move, another 1 or 2 statuses etc.... (Basically the kind of team that can counter everything and the only reason u would lose is lousy playing) Also no legends, no hidden powers, and i like Swampert alot. A relaxed one. This team is for emerald.

    Thx
