Swap either Feraligatr or Gyarados for something else. Don't need 2 water types.
Magcargo's pretty terrible but it depends..
Is this just for an in game team? Or competitive online battle?

If it's just an in game team, you can keep Magcargo.

who should i replace them with?

Oh never mind. Just clicked it's just a Gold team..

Anything you like really.

Some suggestions:
Gyarados/Feraligatr (one of them) -> Something like a Jolteon to absorb those electric attacks for your team maybe?
Magcargo -> Houndoom? Magmar?

Whatever pokemon are your favourites work just fine. Just level em up high.

every pokemon in my team exept Gyarados (lv.81) is lv.100

Altaria
Sandslash

that means you cant ev train and not ev training is fail. you might have to start over or breed.

i trained these pokemon from a very low lv. (totodile- lv.5, pidey- lv.2, machop- lv.15(got in trade) red garados- lv.30, snorelax lv.50, slugma lv.20)

vileplume- solarbeam? razor leaf sleep powder

(i just hatched a totodile from my ferartr and it know's hydro pump :)

Ice Beam generally is more common than Seismic Toss, to help deal with dragons. Flamethrower is primarily used for killing Steel types, who are usually walls. Since nobody is retarded enough to wall Blissey, Ice Beam works best.
