I looked through the thread, and per what Morkula said here, your name change request was denied due to the name being taken and not eligible for claiming the name.

By "not eligible for claiming the name", do you mean that I can't claim a name at all, or can I still pick a different name? (Sorry, I'm a noob at this kind of stuff lol)

They mean that it was denied due to it being taken by another member, but you can still pick a different name if you'd like. c:
