Hi peoples, Ive just recieved a shiny adamant torchic, and was wondering what a good set for it would be. Although it isnt egg-moved, the odds of getting a shiny AND good natured poke are unlikely, so work with it please :)

EDIT: For when it becomes a blaziken lol
 
Gofre, I was about to note a similar thing.

I'm looking for a Blaziken set (preferred Scarf'd) that can be mix or just all out physical. Here's my current set, but I'm wondering if there's any better.

252 atk/252 spd/6HP

Brave Bird
Fire Punch/Blaze Kick
Brick Break/Sky Uppercut
Stone Edge

Fire Punch and BB for better accuracy; Stone Edge for Gyarados.
 
um would someone please give me a set for a good special wall that can resist hail

something like an articuno perhaps xD
 
What would be an alternate jolteon moveset? =S. A jolteon without hidden power that is.

Yes, it will, go Ice Shard BTW. And maybe a little more attack into defense if you're going more spinner and Stealth Rocker, need some defense to hang in there.
 
Ice Shard > Rock Slide so Garchomp feels some damage that can't be dodged very well.

Cloyster's your man here, only base 50 HP but 180 defence. Max out both and he could do ok :)

As Midnight said, Ice Shard over Rock Slide, but also. 32 Atk EV's is enough to 1HKO a Garchomp without many Defense/HP EV's and without Yache Berry. That gives more to plough into Defense.

Ok I had planned this moveset for my charizard:
-Focus Blast
-Air Slash
-Dragon Pulse
-flamethrower

But I got my hands on a charmander awhile ago with these egg moves:
* dragon rage
*dragon dance
*dragon rush.

Should I keep any of these moves for some reason?

Im also looking for a good Gallade (adamant) moveset.
 
Looking for a Nidoqueen moveset. Stats really don't look to terrible. Typing has some uses as well. Always loved this pokemon, so I'm sure I can think of somthign, though I was just looking for ideas.

Alright, I too am running a Hail team, but I'm having an issue; Abomasnow. This thing's only purpose is to start up Hail, but it dishes out a decent amount of damage too. Here's its moveset.

Aboma@Life Orb
Ice Shard
Blizzard
Focus Blast
Wood Hammer

This set has been doing me a lot of wonders lately. However, what's a good nature/EV spread to account for it? I was thinking a bulk spread to allow it to take a hit or 2.

This set makes me cry


Sub Punch and Sub-Seed abomasnow *Sigh* I sent Blissey after this, it didnt turn out to well =(. Its one of those pokemon that wont go away.

Focus Punch >> Focus Blast to deal with Blissey idiot.


How can you not put Leech seed on this Hail + Leech seed + leftovers = Hp gain for you behind subs and annoyance for them when there hp goes away


Ice Shard is ok but not as good as Blizzard due to 100% accuracy. Ice Shard is better on the Choice band set

well, it's just a set to throw off people thinking it's a Sub-Seeder. It did take down a Pory-Z as a starter... I just like it overall because well, first off, it was my first actual EV'd Abomasnow.

I'll take the Sub-Punch/Seed idea though I suppose. Also, I'm stuck in a debate on Machamp.

Ability: No Guard
Cross Chop
Earthquake/Stone Edge
T-Punch
Ice Punch

Which is better for a bulky Machamp?
