Can someone give me a good moveset for Absol, A moveset w/Swords Dance?

Absol @ Life Orb
Adamant
252 Att/6 Def/252 Spe
Sucker Punch
Swords Dance
Psycho Cut
X-Scissor

Alternately, you could go with the safer Choice Band:

Absol @ Choice Band
Jolly
252 Att/252 Spe/6 HP
Night Slash
Pursuit/Sucker Punch
Psycho Cut
X-Scissor/Rock Smash

Don't forget that Absol has access to Fire Blast for Forry and Skarm, as well as Stone Edge. You can throw them into sets as well. to do as you see fit.

Absol has little time to split up his att and spe for Fire Blast, but Stone Edge is a good option over X-Scissor.

Fire Blast still 2HKOs Skarm and OHKOs Forry I believe, but this is their only sole purpose.

I suppose, I just think the Choice Band set uses up Absol's beastly attack to the fullest.

yeah, Fire Blast is for the L.Orb set mainly. Leave all physical options to the CBer unless you wanna take a novelty chance.

Hey, how does this look for a Battle Tower team?

Latios @ Life Orb
Hasty (That's what mine is. :|)
252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 6 HP
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Psychic/ Shadow Ball/ Surf

lol type coverage. Should run through anything that needs to be run through. Not sure what to do for the last slot.

Donphan @ Choice Band
Sturdy
Adamant
172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Ice Shard
- Fire Fang

Defensive, powerful, and most importantly, immune to the many OHKO attacks that I hear run rampant through the Tower. Considered Magnezone for this spot, but Latios covers his entire movepool.

Lucario @ Choice Specs
Modest
252 SAtk/ 252 Spe/ 6 HP
- Aura Sphere
- Vacuum Wave
- Dragon Pulse
- Dark Pulse

Aura Sphere never misses, pretty much, which helps against those Double Teamers and Brightpowder users. Vacuum Wave helps to deal with Crawdaunt even more, in case they carry Quick Claw. I'm a bit iffy on using two Choice users on the same team, though. Considered Scizor on this spot for Aerial Ace, but reconsidered.

How's it look?

Thought Lati@s was banned at the tower.

Honestly, you could opt for Expert Belt on Latios. They won't switch, so that's a major plus. I was gonna say Soul Dew, but you already said that it was banned.

Beware CounterBliss in the tower, for I believe it carries Flamethrower/Fire Blast if Donphan dies. Just be wary of switching in general seeing that only Donphan can take big hits.

Need some opinion guys.

In a few months I'll be taking part in a monocolour team tournament. That means the Pokédex must classify all Pokémon in my team in a single colour group. Since we're allowed to use any Deoxys form in this tournament, I figured I'd go with a Red team and Attack Form Deoxys because I love Deoxys-A. ♥

So anyway, my team won't be made only of Deoxys. I need another five Pokémon, and these are my options:
Parasect
Ledian
Scizor
Kricketune
Crawdaunt
Electrode
Medicham
Flareon
Blaziken
Charizard
Magcargo
Camerupt
Magmortar
Rotom
Vileplume
Jynx
Porygon-Z
Porygon2
Kingler
Octillery

I was thinking of the lineup Deoxys / Scizor / Parasect / Flareon / Medicham / Porygon2, but I want some more opinions.

edit;
If I had to explain that lineup... it would be basically this;
Scizor is a perfect counter to other Deoxys-A and works okay against Deoxys-S too, so I'd be running a defensive spread. Flareon would work as a Special Sponge [hey, look at my limited selection] and would also absorb the Fire moves directed at Scizor and Parasect, while providing Wish support. Parasect absorbs the Water and Ground moves that are imminently coming at Flareon, while Sporing some stuff and just being cool. Medicham I was thinking Choice Scarf for some nice physical hitting, and Porygon2 as my 'general threat stopper' because it counters so many stuff. Whew.

I just found a Feebas tile in Mt. Coronet and have 20 Feebas's... And I bred them until I got two decent natures: Modest and Mild. I'm planning on using the Modest one over the Mild, is that a good choice?

Their stats are:

Modest--
FEEBAS level 1:
HP: 11
Atk: 4
Def: 5
Sp. Atk: 5
Sp. Def: 6
Spd: 6

Mild--
FEEBAS level 1:
HP: 11
Atk: 5
Def: 4
Sp. Atk: 5
Sp. Def: 6
Spd: 6

`Note that these are newly born, so no EVs whatsoever.
Please include some good movesets too, I'm really wanting to have a Modest Milotic as a special sweeper, but it's also decent as a good special wall.
What do you think?

Milotic isn't a Special Sweeper, and it's also a sub-par Special Wall.

Scrap the Mild one (Milotic doesn't want it's defences being lowered) , and check the Iv's for the Modest one.

Actually I would suggest Blue because it gives you a whole host of great pokemon, taking from the list:

Azelf
Garchomp (=D)
Gyarados
Heracross
Kingdra
Lucario
Metagross
Nidoqueen
Salamence
Suicune
Swampert
Tangrowth
Tentacruel
Vaporeon
Wobbuffet

With that you have one good Deoxys-A counter (Metagross) and a priority move abuser (Lucario). Red doesn't have a pool of good pokemon, Blue and Brown seem the most viable choices.

If Deoxys were allowed many people would be preparing for it making your chance moot, so I highly suggest going with Blue since it is the most powerful offensively and defensively.

Well I really want my Milotic to be a special sweeper (could someone give me a moveset?), but if that's not a good idea then can someone give me a good moveset for a special wall?

Milotic can't be a special sweeper. It lacks the Speed and Sp.Attk.

There also aren't a lot of Sp.Wall movesets for it. It plays a support role more often.
I guess you could max its HP,Sp.DEF and give it a Calm nature and try a moveset from Smogon.

It's base speed is 81... And special attack is 100.. It doesn't really lack much? Considering I have a Tyranitar as a physical sweeper, and it's base speed is 61?

And I don't want to use Milotic as a special wall as other people do, I want it to be something different, it's not impossible for it to be a special sweeper... Like really, is asking for a Milotic special sweeper moveset too much to ask?:\

There's a difference between being creative and unintelligent.

Tyranitar makes up for its speed by having a monstrous Attack, and it has stat up moves.(Dragon Dance)

Milotic has a patheic Base 100 Sp.Attk. It also has no stat up moves that help it. It cannot sweep. It also has a pathetic sweeping movepool.

Your question "Like really, is asking for a Milotic special sweeper moveset too much to ask?"
The answer is yes. There is no "sweeping set" for Milotic.
