With the new BL/UU which Luxray set is better anyone?
CB is not so great because there are better CBers.
 
Could someone suggest a Pinir set with a fair amount of defensive bulk?
 
I'm thinking off a Psyiscal Gallade Sweeper (given up on dewgon)
I'm using this moveset at the mo but i feel it needs room more improvement.
Psycho Cut
Swords Dance
Focus Punch
X-Siccor

Psycho Cut is there for the Psychic, Focus Punch is the one i think i will have trouble with, X-scirso is for taking down Psychic Type plus which item should i give it

CC makes it much easier for you, it definetely lands, and if they attack you it will just lose its focus and fail :S.
Go with CC

Comments in bold.

CC >> Focus Punch since if you get hit you cant use it so its really counter productive on this set.

But could anyone tell me what the standard Latias set is please? I have a timid one and Im not sure what to do with it. It has flawless evs in special atk and speed. not sure about the others though.

can someone list a few good special sweepers who are slow enough to be in a trick room team.

Nasty Plot Slowking, Nasty Plot tomb, Quiet Manezone etc.

Also you can use pretty much any sweeper with Macho Brace and a - speed nature which will work too so you dont limit yourself. Ive done this with heatran before =p

Anyone know a good move set for a vileplum it is currrently still a gloom And i think im going alright i have sludge bomb Giga drain stun spore and i think it leans petal dance

Sims is the master of all things Vileplume, so you should ask him as well. You have a number of support or offensive options, but it does support better.

Most run 176 Speed / 80 Attack these days to beat Adamant/Modest Lucario, which you probably should do too since getting outsped sucks.
 
I was looking over some things on movesets, and thought of a interesting moveset that makes Arcanine actually usable. Here it is:

Arcanine @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Intimidate
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 6 Spe
IVs: 31 HP (not absolutely needed) / 31 SpA / 31 Spe
- Agility
- Flamethrower
- Substitute
- Dragon Pulse

Set Comments: Agility on the switch making his Speed now 454 after the Agility, allowing him to outspeed non-Scarf threats. Sub down until Petaya Berry activates, giving him 492 Special Attack (which is pretty impressive). With a hunky 384 HP, he gives out some decent Subs as well (I think it was 96 HP Subs *guessing*). With some also decent coverage with STAB Flamethrower and Dragon Pulse, hitting most types (not super effective, but good). Intimidate always helps out a bit with Physical hits also.

PS: D_A from my last RMT: I was not saying people rating my team said it sucked, I don't mind criticism. It was people PMing me that my team sucked (straight forward, no criticism), and I was annoyed, so I shut it down. Plus, it didn't seem that great of a team afterall.

Edit: I will do some calculations later, I have done a bit too much right at the moment. D:
