I know its a bit unstable but I am going with it anyway becuase I already have a steady competative team and for this team i am trying to make the best possible arrangement of my six favorite pokemon. Its not for a specific tier, just for general online play over wifi or PBR.

UU Pokemon aren't banned in OU but OUs are banned in UU, so it'll have to be OU due to Alakazam.
Persian should lead with:
Persian@Focus Sash
Techincian trait, Jolly nature
6HP/252Atk/252Spe
~Taunt
~Fake Out
~Hypnosis
~Bite/Aerial Ace
Other than that, sweep with the rest apart of Meganium, who should tank/support.

Yep, pretty much, comments in bold. Other moves sucked >.<

Thunder on kyogre teams and overheat with groudon support.

BLARGH.

What's an at least half-decent Sunny Day lead pokemon? Or are those nonexistent?

Crobat/Aerodactyl are your generic "Suicide" leads for the job. Azelf can also work, but more (awesome) leads include Moltres, Jumpluff, and even Porygon2 (Magic Coat).

The best Sunny Day starter is Tyranitar btw.

You don't "Baton Pass" Wish. Here's how it goes:
Opponent switched in Tangrowth!
Vaporeon used Wish!
Player switched in Salamence!
Pointed Stones dug into Salamence! Salamence lost 25% of its health.
Foe Tangrowth used Power Whip! It's not very effective...
The wish came true! Salamence restored 50% of its health.

Though, Vaporeon passes gigantic subs if that's what you're looking for.

SpecsJynx: Blizzard/Psychic/Focus Blast and? Grass Knot, Energy Ball or Shadow Ball?

Shadow Ball offers the nicest coverage, since ghost/fight hit everything in the game for at least neutral. Grass knot will only really help against heavy waters like quagsire (Assuming this is UU), who don't like STAB'd blizzards anyway. I'd go with shadow ball for general coverage.
