how do i make a thred, i have make one before but i forgot...

That is it exactly. Almost always, it will be more practical than the Macho Brace.
Thanxs jpp. You always seem to help whenever I need it lol.

So in essence, the Power items give 4 EV's to whatever they specialize in?

Just click on the new thread button. Just make sure that you search to ensure that there already isn't a thread with the same purpose. If you're going to make a thread in this forum (S & M), then it will need to be approved first.

Basically, yeah, Forever Forum.

I wanted to try this on my Gravity team:
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
EVs: 240HP/ 160Def/ 76SpD/ 32Spe
Wish
Gravity
U-turn
Ice Punch
I wonder if Doom Desire is usable here...
Gravity will make it's accuracy 100%...
Or am I better of with Ice Punch or Body Slam?
& Which one of those 2 would be better overall?
Or should I use Thunder, of which will have 100% accuracy
during the effect of Gravity?
If you guys know nothing of Gravity teams,
I can PM you useful info on them.
(I'd put it here, but advertising is ill-eagle here..)

I ran a Jirachi on a Gravity team once as well. My advice is to stick with U-Turn, because Magnezone will almost always come in on you. However, instead of Ice Punch, go with either Iron Head or Body Slam for flinch/parahax. Otherwise, the set looks fine.
If you want to use Thunder, go ahead, but you lose coverage on Ground-types with Jirachi, and most Gravity teams suffer a strong weakness to Mamoswine, as I found out the hard way.

When rest was used and then a pokemon sleep talked could it still use rest and recover HP in it's sleep?

I thought it did that, but I never tried it and I saw in a battle on the battle frontier thing in platinum that that doesn't work. One of the experts there used the wailord with rest tried to sleep talk a rest and got a message saying that it couldn't do that.

So really just asking if that was possible in the other games before platinum. If so, then there goes the crocune idea.

No, and I don't think you ever could have.

Are there any Pokemon that can Baton Pass Calm Mind/Nasty Plot, without the need of Focus Sash?

You don't need the Focus Sash to Baton Pass Calm Mind/Nasty Plot(if they have low defensive stats then they would need it), there are many pokemon who can do this though.

I'll name a few for you though:

By leveling, they are...
Mr. Mime/Mime. Jr
Mew
Espeon/Eevee
Celebi
Girafarig
Gorebyss
Medicham/Meditite
Drifblim/Drifloon

By breeding, they are...
Absol

True, but odds are that not many of them will survive long enough for the set up (mostly because most of them are in NU or just have crappy defenses; that's why the focus sash is used). The only viable ones I see on that list are Espeon, Celebi, and Drifblim (Mew if you count Uber tier).

I need a good moveset for:
Blastoise Lv78 (Mystic Water)
Waterfall
Surf
Ice Beam
Skul Bash
(I know this is a pretty bad set)
Gengar Lv71 (Spooky Plate)
Hypnosis
Dream eater
Shadow Ball
Dark Pulse
(Friend says that I should make a change)

Oh my, It seems that I didn't put much thought into them having the Focus Sash and Baton Passing. I seem to be a bit off this month -_-

Body Slam.
I'mma using Body Slam.
What about Doom Desire?

With Rotom forms soon to be available for the platinum verision I've started looking into a form. Overall, Rotom Heat has been the preferred choice for competitive battling. Now, I have looked around and seen 2 major rotom heat forms: Trick varients and Bulky Varients. And among those you have rotoms with maxed speed and special attack with either modest or timid depending on scarf or specs. The bulky goes for more of a support utility with reflect or will-o-wisp as a 4th slot and defences increased with leftovers. The one thing that is the same is the shadow ball, overheat and thunderbolt (very occasionally discharge) moves.

Now I wanted to know what were the main utilities of them: specs, scarf and bulky varients like what they are best at stopping, what attacks can they survive, what they can outspeed, etc.

I've been thinking and i want to run a regigigas in my team and I've noticed he's gotten a bit of flak just for his ability which though the most useless thing ever created isn't completely crippling ( certainly not the deserving of his NU branding as UU is more suitable) anyways Ive thought about and i think I've thought of a good move set for him.

substitute(almost necessary if you want to use him IMO)
double team (can help with stalling after substitute is used)
drain punch (can help by getting back hp used to create substitutes plus if i put big root on him(i think thats what it is called) he'll get back even more hp)
Facade( this is the only one I'm not sure about sure the base power is good when he's statused but thats not something you want in the first place if anyone has any ideas to a good STAB for this guy I'd be Glad to hear any suggestions)

as for Ev's i think i wanna max out hp and attack but i don't know what to put the rest in.

so theres my plan for him I'd love to hear any comments or criticisms anyone has. =)

Good luck getting ANYONE to say anything....
I've made a Regigigas set that NO ONE seems to have noticed...
Double Team is Ill-eagle, I heard....
Imo, I'd use my set for it... I can PM you it,
if you'd like...

I don't mean to keep coming back here, but I'm a little stuck here(again...).

I am trying to get me and my buddy together so we can battle together in the Battle Tower against other trainers while he is in his house and I am at my house, but I can't get it to work. We talk to the lady dressed in purple and when one of us selects "Become Leader" and the other selects "Join Group", we can't go from there.

Can anyone help me on how to get this to work?

sure i'd love to see your moveset for regigigas and why would Double team be iilegal is evreyone TRYING to keep regigigas down?

Because there's not that many "Never-miss"
moves that are actually any good.
In fact, Aura Sphere is the ONLY good one,
& Lucario & Togekiss are the only ones to learn it in OU.
& I'll PM the set....
