yeah but still shuckle is NU and he's allowed double team. last time i checked anyway that might of changed.

well you need to check again, because absolutely no Pokemon is allowed to use Double Team in any competitive environment.
 
Hold item for Tyranitar?

Need help deciding a Hold item for Tyranitar.

Currently my team goes as:

Scizor @ Life Orb
Swampert @ Leftovers
Latios @ [Nothing, currently trying to obtain a Soul Dew]

I find myself juggling between Choice Band and Focus Sash for Tyranitar. Choice Band helps to OHKO most opponents online, but Focus Sash helps a lot when I find my Tyranitar against Staraptors, Infernapes or Brelooms.

Any suggestions?

FYI soul dew and latios are both banned in OU play.

TTar you have to determine a hold item dependant of what it's roll is. I've seen some use LO with DD osme with CBPursuit and much more. It depends what roll is he filling?

If he mentioned CB as an option, we can only hope he meant and all-out attacking set. CBTar is great. Focus Sash is pretty useless on something like Tyranitar, as it has brilliant bulk on both the Physical and Special sides, so Focus sash is only going to let you live Close Combats, and the like. This is pointless, as Stone Edge, your primary move for hitting Staraptor is not 100% accurate; you're slow, so the next pokemon will take you out and you can't switch out, as Stealth Rock will kill it on the way in.

Sash can work on a DD Set, but it's really not recommended, with priority running rampant. Try this:

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Adamant | Sand Stream
[ 164 HP, 252 Atk, 92 Spd ]
~ Stone Edge
~ Crunch
~ Pursuit
~ Aqua Tail/Earthquake

Aqua Tail is better for Gliscor, Hipoowdon and... God forbid... Donphan. It 2HKOs them both. Keep in mind, the faster Gliscor's EQ will hurt. EQ is better if you don't have access to the Platinum Tutors or are more worried about Metagross etc.
The EVs outspeed Standard 16 Spd Skarmory, so you can 2HKO with SE.

Note: Shuckle can abuse the hell out of accupressure, though, if he gets lucky and gets 2 evasion ups, he's invincible.
 
I'm using my Porygon-Z in the Battle Hall currently and need help with his moveset. I don't know his IVs yet and he's not EV trained, but this is his moveset now. Level 60. I've had him since the Porygon that dude gives you in Velistone.

Porygon-Z@Life Orb
Modest Nature
~Tri Attack
~Psychic
~Thunderbolt
~Signal Beam

Swords Dance does increase the power of all physical moves by raising your Attack 2 stages. Therefore, it does affect Return.

I would ask for a Porygon set in the Request a Team/Moveset thread.
 
I'm trying to build a little cup team and I was wondering what your guys opinions on this moveset of these guys. I also need help on picking items and what items are aloud in the Little Cup rules.

Eevee = Adaptability; Wish, Yawn, Return, Dig

Elekid = Static; Cross chop, Ice Punch, Signal Beam, Magnet Rise

Stunky = Aftermath; sludge bomb, shadow claw, night slash, flame thrower

Growlith = Intimidate; Crunch, Heat Wave, Body Slam, Roar

Smoochum = Forewarn; Ice Beam, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Grass Knot

Lileep = Suction Cups; Energy Ball, Recover, Rock Slide, Rock Polish

get rid of shadow claw on stunky, sorry dont no what you could replace it with,maybe slash
 
What about Iron Tail? Its pretty high attack and another attack type to cover.

Ice beam and Dark Pulse give you better type coverage over psychic. But the thing is, P-Z it kinda slow for a simple life orb sweeper. Might wanna check out some interesting options here to see what fits your team best. https://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/porygon-z

It's for the Battle Hall, so it's the only pokemon. There are no others on the team at that facility. Thanks for the link. I'm going to delete signal beam for dark pulse, I think.

HP? I thought speed and sp attack for sure.
 
Looking for some help. i need a poke who is bulkier then floatzel to baton pass off agility boost in the NU tier. Nebody got a idea
