You didn't take my advice about the images, but you did a darn good job drawing people in with that extensive intro of yourse. You might wanna put that in spoilers tags though, since that is clearly a spoiler.
 
Well, my idea was vague, but I basically said to use Images wherever possible. You only have one image, and it is yet again made from a website. You really limit yourself when you go with stuff like that. You should try to get the GIMP working (I know for a fact your friend did nothing to make it work) and use it to make 3d and/or stylized headers and accents and such.
 
i had to use for the picture the gimp wont work and yeah my freind didnt do anything!

It isn't a fusion, as you can see its a bulbasuar but no bulb it is replaced with
a ghost/phantom thing and it is recolored with white black and red
