How do I run the GB/GBC save files on VBA?

I'm new...I've spent plenty of time looking, and I can't find what I need...I'm emulating the GameBoy on the Wii using Visual Boy Advance GX. I've never played a pokemon game before but my children wanted to play Pokemon Red so we're playing it. They are pretty young, so they are getting pretty bored with wandering around trying to level up. This is a long intro to ask two questions:

How can I edit a Pokemon Red game save to have my 6 Pokemon be level 100 but just have finished 3 Gym Battles?

Can I just get the save file from somewhere?

Looking for a Silver Version (GBC) SGM file. I need it to have all the badges, access to Kanto, a Coin Case, and a Pokemon that knows Fly. I would prefer if the trainer's name was one of the default ones (such as SILVER). Thanks in advance!

Ok, I guess this thread could be useful to me:D.
My save of Heart Gold got deleted, and I was at Olivine City. I just want a save that has 4 badges and is in Olivine City. Here is the "list" format of my request, the preferences don't really matter-
Game needed- Pokemon Heart Gold
Badges- 4
Prefered Pokemon- Cyndaquil/ Quilava/ Typhlosion
anything that will be able to fly
something that can surf
Anything else at all.
Pokemon in box- Don't care.
Playing time- Don't care.
Preferably a male trainer, and if it's a translated Rom then that's great (simply coz English battles are easier on the eyes, I'd get confused with complete Japanese all the time). Player's name can be anything.
Essentially, just have 4 badges, and have reached Olivine for the first time is all. Thanks to anyone who helps.

Can someone please download my SAV, get me out of Ecrueteak Gym and save it and let me download it? For some reason, the rom image keeps crashing everytime I try to press continue. I think this is the problem.

I guess you have to PM for it because it's file exceeds the SAV limit.
