School Chit-Chat

Well, I have quite a lot of friends IRL.People call me a prep, and I ahve to say I am.Of course, lots of people hate me just for having that title.They think I'm a stuck up person, but I know I'm not.I try to be friends with everybody, and if they hate me just because of my title, well, it doesn't bother me too much.I just care about what my true friends think of me

They might be good people too, but just not like the name! You can be friends with someone even if you don't agree with a name lady DT!

actually, I've been in Boy scouts for a while........and I'm actually supposed to stil be in it hehe....
I didn't make a of friends in Middle school. I almost felt like an outcast.....sniff..
But yeah, a lot of my friends from elementary school are trying to act ghetto and such.......blah....hehe.

yeah same here. a lot of my old friends try to act ghetto too. and a lot of them do drugs and stuff. it's sad really.

i was in girl scouts from 2nd to 8th grade. i can't believe i stayed in it that long. in 4th grade i my troop got switched from my friend's mom as our leader to this woman we called "the old crone" it was our vocab word that week. i hated her so much. then why did i stay in it? i wanted to finish off elementary school in girl scouts with my friends. i was going to quit right after 6th grade. but no! she has to decide to take us on a trip to Six Flags New Jersey the beginning of 7th grade! now i am i a big rollercoaster person so of course i had to stay in the troop that year. and my mom made me finish off the year even though the trip was in Oct. and our leader completely ruined that trip for us...towards the end of that year my 2 friends in still in the troop and i started working on our silver award that we weren't going to complete until the end of 8th grade! so i had to go through another year with her. after the award i had had enough so i quit for good.
 
*sigh* Now I really miss my old friends in school. All my friends I have now in school are new.

Yea, I'm afraid of that happening to me and my friends....But, we all made a pact to stay together through anything that will happen to us in the future
 
i'm still friends with my middle school friends. the only thing that casued us to grow apart a little bit is leveling. i am in higher level classes and my best friend is in level 2 classes so i barely ever get to see her in school anymore...

Ah, I know what you mean, snowangel. Most of my old friends aren't in any of my classes. That's really what makes it so hard.

yeah, i'm stuck with all the really smart people that make me feel stupid when i don't know something. i really wish my friends could be in more of my classes. the only time i get to see some of them is at lunch if they are in my lunch and some of my friends are in chorus with me. but that's basically it.

Yep. A lot of the kids in my classes think they're smarter than everyone else, too. Heh, so I usually just don't say too much. ^_^;

i don't participate a lot in class either... cuz i know i'll be wrong. everyone in my honors classes are really smart and that makes me feel bad that i'm not that smart. i hate it when they get a B or something and are mad about it. my friend in 8th grade once got a B on something and she was really upset. there was a little more to that story though... but if she doesn't get an A on everything she freaks out. this year in civics i'll be happy with a C. right now i have lower than that... it's a really hard class. next year i'm going down to lv. 1
 
civics? That was an easy calss it was my first period last yar in 9th grade i think i ended up passin it with a b-

That's the opposite of me. Kids in my class are smart though. But I still tend to outsmart them. :P

I know what ya mean. A lot of people get really upset if they don't get an A+ even. x_x; Not me, though... I'm fine with anything above a C, really. =P

civics is really hard for me. it's my hardest class. it is an honors level class. it's not that it's a hard concept to understand... it's the teacher. don't get me wrong, he's a great guy and a really good teacher... but he is really hard. i really like him as a teacher and respect him a lot, but his pop quizzes kill me. whether or not i read for HW i still get 60s on all his pop quizzes. i can't read 20 pages a night and remember it on my own. i need the teacher to say it or write it on the board to remember it all.

but i am glad i took honors civics... if i hadn't i would be in level 1 with the teacher i had last year... that is always out and uses her cell phone at least once a class... she is not a good teacher at all.

Yeah, I sort of think that way also. But my dad kills me if I don't get atleast an A. o.o
 
I took honor's to god i'm glad i dont have to take it everr again it sucked. right now these are my class
1st. period. Tech math
2nd. period. M.o.m. (math of money) 2
3rd. Commerical art 3
4th. Adv. history 4 (i like histroy so what?)
5th.Legel law class( teaches copyrights lawsuites that sort of stuff)
