    hi, what with finals and summer coming i'm not really going to be around anymore.
    also, i don't know exactly what it is, but this place has lost it's special something... it's not really too fun anymore. so, if i get bored i might come back, but i really don't know.
    i'll continue to talk to those of you that i know with AIM, so see ya

    Aww...why such a sudden departure? It's summer...I think once everyone's out of school it's going to get even more fun in here, but if you think you need to go for now than that's up to you...so whenever you return, we'll see you then.

    Now that you told me the other reasons you're leaving, I can understand why, and I'm surprised I didn't leave yet, LOL. Try not to let these things get to you, I've managed for a little over a year.
     
    i realized why here's no fun anymore. the mods are too strict, so it's not really like a carefree fun place to be, and they have their little supporters that go around telling people off. let's see if i can put it in perspective... *goes to get history notes*
    here it is, early WW2: let's look at the signs:
    the nazi party hunted down and persecuted those who they saw as "unworthy" (mods)
    collaborators- normal citizens who aided the nazis in their search for hiding jews (people that get on people's cases for saying stuff like "gay")
    thousands of people emigrated from Europe during WW2 (that's me)
     
    I wish you weren't immigrating, and I'm sorry you feel that way. i know they're a handful at times, so I don't blame you. I hope PC changes for you if you return. I'm supporting you though, remember that.

    Well if you want to leave it's up to you althoguht I don't think the mods here are all that strict I've seen "other" forums that have way stricter mods but its up to you anyway so bye.
     
    Yeah, but the MODs are everywhere you turn, correcting you, and it's annoying. They should lighten up and stop acting like those preppy kids at school who's sole purpose is to tell you what to do.

    i've seen forums with no intereference at all.
    and i've seen others where there are no needs for mods because people don't get upset over nothing. and, i've realized that i'm really bad at quitting... dangit... i guess i'll stick around for a bit
     
    Cool. I knew you would. Just try to deal with the dict- MODs, and you'll survive. I've been doing it, I have no choice. I don't let them ruin my fun here. And not all of them are annoying, only those certain few who are everywhere.

    Personally, I think you should be a bit more grateful that we are this nice. >>; There are many forums out there that have MANY more rules and MANY more strict mods that will delete your sig if you break the sig rules more then once. We aren't that strict, yeesh.

    Anyways, in your situation, I don't think PC has lost it's fun, I just think that you're too used to being on here. But anyways, have a fun life. =)

    Umm...was the whole point of this thread just to say that?

    First off, I don't think PC mods go off and kill people for no reason. And since when do we ban members who are supposdely "unworthy." The only members here that are banned are those that cause trouble and break the obvious rules (posting porn, excessive flaming, spam, etc...).

    And we don't get mad at people that are gay either. We only charge in at topics that would cause controversy. Find any thread in the history of PC
    that deals only in homosexuality that doesn't have a flame war in it. I've seen all of them, and trust me, all of em end up in flaming. Homosexuality, Politics, Relgion, those topics always and I mean ALWAYS begin flame wars. You could be the gayest guy in the world and post on PC all you want.

    And I don't think it's bad to tell an S-mod when a member is breakin duh rules...

    yeah...enough of that
     
    well the mods are right and so are you guys
    but the mods are following what they were volunteered to do
    i mean how hard is just abiding by the rules
    i mean you can still have fun without spamming
    i think the mods here are a bit lenient
