Issue: Sending VM

Hye guys!!~ I have a little problem here..when i send a VM to my friends..it keep saying, error occured..this happen sometime and its really annoying..i already tried everything like posting VM in their profile and many more...but its still saying error occured...so please fix this problem..thankx (^-^)

This has never happened to me before. Have you tried checking on your internet connection? I just replied to my friends' vms earlier, it seems fine.

What error does it say has occurred? Can you take a screenshot of the error?

You need to be a little more specific, like...show me a screenshot of what error you're facing? That might help us a little more.

Are you on a phone? What browser?

I get this error when I try to VM people on my phone.

Maybe because you're on phone or something because of your browser. Either way, it's fine on computers.

Opera mini here too! Then we have finally half-identified this long running problem, at least. There's perhaps something in that browser conflicting with PC's code. I really don't know details of how that works.

Yeah, in the past it worked when I clicked "Advanced Reply" or whatever it's called, beneath the VM text box. And then sent the message from the advanced interface. But nowadays not even that works so I don't seem to be able to VM at all from that browser. Actually, it's probably because I updated Opera Mini lately :x bad opera.

I know of some knowledge and it seems that 'opera mini' does have some type of issue with PokeCommunity's systems (PM, VM, etc).
I actually tried viewing the site earlier from a friend's Nokia and it kept failing without any warning. Page load failures, no popup notices for messages, and more. I think its because the phone's browser can't handle the site traffic since its always busy here, but that's just a personal opinion.

Ok I tried another phone browser and it seems to work flawlessly. So the simple solution to this problem is to just switch from Opera Mini :) PC does a lot to improve useability but can't cater to every need at all times. Cheers!
