3rd Gen Sevii Islands

In FR/LG, there was a game exclusive group of seven islands known as the Sevii Islands. However, there's actually nine of them. Two of them are event exclusive, however. In the main story of the game, you only get to visit One through Three Island, but after you get the National Pokedex, you can visit Four through Seven Island. There is also a "fetch quest" you have to complete to be able to trade between the Kanto and Hoenn games,

What did you think of the Sevii Islands? Which one was your favorite? Would you ever like to see this location return?

Seven Island was my favourite, I was very young at the time. Maybe 11. Not fully understanding things like Trade Evolution and stuff. The Trainer Tower was sooooo difficult for me. I finally did it one day and received the Dragon Scale!

It was such a hype moment, I gave it to my Dragonite and never knew for a few more years that it was actually a trade item haha

Probably a tribute to the Orange Island. I like the 7 islands homever.

I really enjoyed the archipelago although it was rather small. The towns weren't particularly interesting either, but I loved that many Gen II Pokemon could be found on the islands and that there were several subplots that happened there during the post-game.

I really liked them as a concept, and wish that they were fleshed out further. I remember being super excited to explore them when we found out about them prior to the game's release, but I was a little let down. I think my favorite island was the,,,3rd one? Maybe the 5th? How awesome would it have been to have them featured in HG/SS as well? :fufu:
