Jasmine is a pretty close 2nd.

And as much as I hate her personality and her stupid cow, Whitney would be a 3rd.
 
Wait... no Tate? But... she's so hawt. Also, def. Blaine. Tranny Gym Leaders allowed? If so I vote for Lt. Surge.
 
Jasmine has always been my favourite, so her or Flannery. :3

Lol this is pretty weird... but I guess as a kid I always thought Misty was cute.
 
My opinion was Flannery, because she's got the shirt and a build which doesn't shout "Little Kid" nor "mature lady." She falls under the, "Love Game" category. But she's got an innocent personality. Based off of build, it's her, but I don't think about that kind of stuff in games.
 
Candice hands down
Bugsy is a guy but Flannery came in at number 2 followed by Misty

none of the gym leaders have been drop-dead gorgeous in my opinion, but Sabrina and Clair come to the top of my mind. Erika would be there too if you could actually see her figure underneath that kimono. :P
 
There has yet to be a fat gym leader.
In order they are not counting Karen, because she wins, followed by Phoebe, but this is only gym so: Roxanne, Flannery and then Whitney. Yes I think Roxanne is hot.
