I think I speak for Shadow here when I say he has enough banner makers, although Fooly isn't here much. It could work shadow, take it into account!

Format: Hack Banner
Renders: *pokemonelite2000 link removed* sprite of Groudon on one side and *image removed* sprite of Groudon on the other side and finally *link removed* sprite of Groudon smack dab in the middle (this is a whole sheet of sprites, I want you to use the eleventh one, the one that shows him facing forward)
Text: Pokemon Ruby X
Colours: Red all the way through.
Size: As big as you need.

Use a form from the first post, get a render, and ask who you want to make it.
 
Banner and Request from
Who: Who do you want to make the banner? Anyone who wants to do it.
Type: Regular banner or Support banner? Regular.
Banner/avatar: Do you want a banner, avatar, or both? Both.
Dimensions: The size of the banner, (width x length) No difference.

Drawicia, you know I dont make avatars right? I only make hack banners or just banners.

Are you talking about my request? Wigglytuff with flames... Hmm... Maybe you were talking to someone else. ^^; Anyways, you can do what you want, as long as it looks good.
