I got the mankey in Victory Road,and the Ekans on Route 23,but it only appears in firered. :)

Yeah! I just cought shiny Pikachu i have evolved it into Raichu :D I cought it while looking for shiny Caterpie and then suddenly shiny Pikachu come up..So happy

If he bred the Raichu, he would have the same chance of getting a shiny as if he bred a normal Raichu. That would be approximately 8195 eggs to hatch.
