The August Monthly Quest: The Volcano!!

To complete this Quest, you must find three shinies:

1) A Fire-type shiny!
2) A Rock-type shiny!
3) A Fighting-type shiny!

Completing this Quest within the time allotted will give your region official recognition of having an awesome volcano, hopefully promoting tourism and encouraging more shinies to migrate to your region!

Chained and Safari Pokemon are not eligible to count for the Quest.

The contest lasts until midnight EDT on September 1st, 2015.

Thank you for the kind welcome.

I am not hunting for anything specific at the moment but I did manage to fish up another shiny:

Male Goldeen (I really like the colour pattern on this one I might not evolve it)

After I have finished the E4 I plan to find a Shiny Pikachu in Friend Safari and Masuda Method a Shiny Fennekin.

Update: I got a Shiny Eevee on GTS. He is very cute and has a 'relaxed' nature. I don't know what to evolve him into though. I already have a hidden ability Espeon (who has a bad shiny anyway) so that's out and I really like Sylveon's and Vaporean's shiny but don't need a water or fairy type on my team.

Ah ha! There we have one for Chikorita, the one I am personally hoping for. Do we have any takers to think Totodile? If ya want bonus points, slap on a nature while you're at it! Best of luck with all of your hunts, friends!
 
So this happened on Sunday on my Japanses game.

Finally! A two year hunt come to an end. And it wasn't a Cyndaquil like my last one! Excited me enough to decide to do a badge quest! Wish me luck!

Also, congrats to any and all shinies I missed and welcome to any new faces in the crowd!
 
Had a nasty Sunday morning, so I decided to hunt on my SS Badge Quest as a bit of a mind numb.

Little did I know this would happen.

The Mareep was the end of a week long hunt (For Mareep even!)

Then when I got there I went through Slowpoke well because it's the only place that gives nothing I wouldn't mind for my team... Less than 200 encounters for Zubat!
 
I'd like to join this here Club. I just got into Shiny Hunting recently so I don't have a lot. Currently I have a Shiny Beedrill in my Alpha Sapphire. In my other games that I have not played for quite some time I have a Shiny Wartortle, and a Shiny Pachirisu. I plan on hunting for an Eevee next because I would really love a Shiny Umbreon or Sylveon. Can't wait to get to talk with some of you guys!

Hey guys its been a while since I posted anything I was gonna do a new full list but the shinies have been going slow for me since my last post ive gottten shiny Thundurus ,aron ,sandshrew and a horsea ...and now ive picked up soul silver and I ran through the game to do a shiny mewtwo hunt it didnt go well thousands of resets till I reset my game now ive started over for a shiny starter prob at about 2 thousand right now ..anybody know if my trainer id is that big a deal for sring
 
Hi, Haven't posted in a while. Caught 2 shiny dittos at a Mirage Island with Munna. Was looking for iv Dittos, hoping for a 6, I know very unlikely, when a shiny ditto pops up! Not long after, another shiny ditto pop up. I know since I was at a small Island and had the shiny charms its not as impressive, but they are still pretty rare.

Congrats to all the shinnies! Lots of luck with the hunt and I hope to have them all some day. Hopefully before they introduce 150 more.
 
So over the past few weeks I have caught a few different shinies.
AS: whismer, 2 golbat sand a zubat
OR (shiny badge quest): numel, swablu, seedot, surskit.
X: Spiritomb, Gyarados, bibarill, helioptile (all in friend safaris)
