OOC: Yes, we all love Kaika, don't we? XD Besides, I thought he would suit Rai better than Spark would have, make better sense story-wise too. Sorry for the absence folks, I'm just typing up a huge post in a thread about fossil pok?mon. Come on, I've got to defend Cradily's honour, ne? XD

"I-I have no idea." Rai replied to Kayley's question, looking non-plused as he took another look at the Vulpix in his arms. Despite being soaked and looking extremely exhausted, the litte fire type seemed to be smiling in contentment, it's body held so close against the boy that he could feel a faint increase of warmth from it.
{Master?} Chupon echoed the Vulpix in confusion {I dids not know that Rai had a Vulpix...}
"Yes, we should, shouldn't we?" he asked, snapping back into the present at Jena's question and quickly taking the Revive. He was just about to feed it to the Vulpix when he suddenly though of something. "You guys..." he said, at last, dislodging the backpack from his shoulder and beginning to rumage in it with his free hand while cradling the unconscious fox pok?mon with the other "We need to wrap this poor fellow into something warm first, otherwise it will probably faint while we're still on the road..." he rummaged feverishly in his backpack, suddenly coming across the uniform that he had stashed there. It wasn't maybe the best of materials for keeping out cold and rain, but it was the best he had and he was sure that if he used it up properly, it would be enough to keep the Vulpix safe from the rain.
"Ah, here we are..." he said, discarding the belt from the uniform, which was way too hard, back into the backpack and carefully wrapping the guardsman's jacket around the Vulpix, adding the shirt as well for good measure, until he was satisfied with the result, the fox pok?mon now being safely wrapped up, like people did with small babies, its head poking out from amongst the cloth.
Rai smiled slightly at the result of his work, closing his backpack again and returning it to his shoulder, although he couldn't carry it properly as that would have involved placing the Vulpix down, something he just couldn't bring himself to do.
"Now then." he said, picking up the Revive again and gently placing it in the Vulpix's mouth, "Let's hope this works."
He tilted the fox pok?mon's head upwards a little so that the object fell down its troath. For a moment, nothing seemed to happen, but then, warmth began building up within the fire type, something which Rai could clearly feel even through the cloth, and after a short while, the fox pok?mon's two brown eyes opened up, travelling from Rai, to Fang, who had just approached with a curious look on his face, and then going through every one of the trainer's present, confusion evident on the Vulpix's face.
