Ugh...*cougharomatherapyblisseysareeverywherecough* No toxic, though it's okay...try using clam mind and giving it some special attacks...with batter coverage than psychic.

Well, it's gonna have to be somebody else. I sold D/P, so I only know about the pokemon I actually used or have researched...this isn't one of them. No need for baton pass though, I can tell you that...maybe with agility, but not with rain dance. If it's a phyiscal attacker that passes speed you want, I know just the thing:

Adamant / Impish
- Agility
- Baton Pass
- X-Scizzor
- Swords Dance / *insert physical attack here*

Scizor is a cool BPer, and has tremendous attack.

I am currently working on hatching a Chansey with Impish nature. What things should I be aware of while raising this pokemon?

Blissey isn't a tank...it's a special wall. there is no such thing as a healer either. If you mean heal beller/cleric, then yes, blissey can do that:

Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled

Win.

Hey, is there any way for me to get a second Stealth Rock TM? I'm planning on putting a Blissey in my team, but with all the crap I'm going to need to go through to get one with Seismic Toss, I want it to be the best damn Blissey around. I already used my Stealth Rock TM on my Shuckle (it was female, by the way

) and since Seismic Toss most likely isn't a breedable move for Blissey, I wouldn't be able to start a Smeargle chain to get it on (in?) her. Can anyone help me?

Quick question: Does life orb raise SP atk/Atk by 1.3? Or does it raise the move's base power by 1.3. If its the first, mix sweepers will be scary with it..

1) I don't have Wi-Fi, so I can't get online.

Okay i have some very noobie questions so if anyone can answer them seriously i would appreciate it.

How do i find out what my Pokemons EV's are?
EV wise is it best to max out two like speed and spatk and then leave the rest?
Do i ev train as im gaing levels or before or whislt?
The life orb do i get that through battle points?
What are all the items need for EV training?

Well, not much, but if you run into a poke with Soundproof, it wont work. But there arent many threats with Soundproof.

I am the same way. I can't stand voice chat cause, well, when I'm battling, I don't wanna hear a damn voice. What for? So I can hear annoying background music? Or maybe someone telling me "wow, good move!" No thanks.
