And for the record, Scarf Flygon and Scarf Chomp are very common sets. Both need a scarf to outrun Scarf Heracross.

Hey, when using Rare Candies, if a Pokemon has full EVs, will Rare Candies reflect this growth, or will it act as though the EVs never existed and add smaller amounts to a stat?

Unless its used VERY carefully, it could pull it off used correctly, like give it a focus sash, expect a physical move, BAM 1 HP instant KO on opponent pretty much, then next Pokemon out, better speed, EAT ENDEAVOR!
