giving crobat whirlwind is like giving gyarados special attacks...it derives crobat of its only dominant stat-speed. I would post the set, but I simply can't recommend it. annoyer crobat fails too, so I'd use the nasty plot set. I believe it was posted a few days back in one thread...I'm too tired to think straight though.

What about a BL and below (for a BL and below meta I guess) starter and [(p)p]hazer. Bonus points if they're the same pokemon.

Pokemon that start battles hardly ever have roar :/

Blastoise is a great hazer or PHazer, not to mention rapid spinner. Anything that packs a punch early works...like a BL CBmence

I don't think you could get away with any Salamence in a BL and below battle.

No, it still depends on which Pokemon is faster.

Ninetails can learn Energy Ball through breeding, but it isn't in his TM Movepool according to serebii.net, which leads me to wonder, are you FORCED to breed Ninetails with a Smeargle to have the baby Vulpix learn Energy Ball, or can you actually teach it using the TM?

Thats one of those "Idiotic TMs" as in we still have to breed it onto it and it cant learn it by TM =/ Same thing as we still have to breed Will-o-wisp onto Ralts even though its a tm.


Anyways if you teach a male Stantler Energy Ball, it will pass on the move (Aswell as Hypnosis and Extrasensory if you wish it to do so) or Smeargle works as you said.
 
All a rare candy does is level up the Pokemon without affecting its EV's. Thus, if a Pokemon already has maxed EV's, using a Rare Candy will have the same effect as leveling it conventionally.

1) What the heck is netbattling??? is it just online battling or is there something more
2) What does shoddy mean???I hear its a program but what does it do and were can i get it

these are the questions that haunt me...

IT's an online battle simulator you can download. It doesn't play 4th gen though, which is why I like it so much.

I belive it is like Netbattle, but plays 4th gen. I'm not as sure on this.
