Umm...Most people prefer Ice Punch over Ice Fang, but if you do not want to re-breed, then the set is okay, nothing evolutionary.

Now I just gotta get my hands on a Totodile... I just liked Ice Fang due to the flinching chance, but since he's a sweeper, I suppose Ice Punch would be better.
I thank those who have commented. The reason why I don't like Gyarados is just... he's too overused for me. He is an awesome pokemon though ^^

Nah you have to move tutor Ice Punch onto Dragonite in emerald to pass both moves on, i have a few with both.

may somone explain gender values because i dont get the difference between a male pichu and a female pichu
There are no value differences between genders, it's just for show and female ones are for breeding purposes (okay that sounded a bit wrong but hey this is Pokemon XD),

Ah Gender Values... it's just a technical name for the decision of male or female.
Upon a pokemon, it is given a hidden value between 0 and 256. In a pokemon with a 50/50 chance to be male/female, we'll go with... 78. I believe that anything below the splitting point (in 50/50 chance, it's 128 and 129. Anything 128 and under is a male, and above is a female. In a 75/25 chance for male, 192-193 is the splitting point. In 25/75 chance, it's 64-65 as the splitting point.
It's just technical terms for deciding male or female... still makes me wonder why it uses 256 for just about everything.

Quick question, does anyone here know how much a ScopeLens raises your crit chance by? Also, what are the chances of Nightslash getting a circtical hit? Thx. xD

Scope lens is a hax item so you can't use it in competitve play.
I think its like a 10 or 15 percent boost.

I'm pretty certain a ScopeLens will raise your critical hit chance by 10% but I don't know the chances of Nightslash getting a critical hit, sorry :\
