Okay thanks, I'll keep that in mind...
but you know what, I think I know whats wrong.
I just talked to Steven and he said something about Magma wanting the island's Fuel. So I take it they haven't attacked yet... oO I thought they had. Ah well...

...Guess now I gotta figure out what to do to beat them...
I'd use my guide, but its not currently in posession. ><;;
 
Are Lati's with Soul Dew allowed in the BF?
 
Well, I use Latias @ Soul Dew in the R/S battle tower all the time, and since the BT's are essentially the same, I'd say yes.
 
The game tells you what Pokes aren't allowed in the BF. They are:

Mewtwo
Mew
Lugia
Ho-oh
Celebi
Kyogre
Groudon
Rayquaza
Jirachi
Deoxys

First thing I'd do would be going up against Tate and Liza. When you defeat them, the Magmas come to play.
 
Oo I thought I already beat Liza and Tate...because I only have two badges left to get..
Unless they're the next to last gym...>> *hadn't played Emerald awhile, lost track of things.* ><;
 
Tate and Liza are the 7th Gym Leaders; 2nd to last
 
xD Yep, I just found that out. I beat them, got Dive from Steven, and now I'm in the Seafloor Cavern.

Is that where I'm suppose to be?

I actually want to go to Sootopolis, but I cant remember if I'm suppose to beat the Cavern first, or not...x__x
 
...Actually you have to make sure that you've got the two bases taken care of (I think...do you have the Magma Emblem or not?)

But, yeah, you don't really need to hit Sootopolis first.
 
Yeah, I have the Magma Emblem.
I guess I should just work on getting through Cavren then...
I was trying earlier, and just kept going in circles. xD I'll find a map on the 'net somewhere.

If you have the Magma Emblem then you need to make sure to take care of the Magma Hideout, preferrably first.
 
Yeah, I did. Now I'm working on beating Juan.

I believe it's your Slakoth for Makuhita in the building near the school in Rustboro, Pikachu for Skitty in one of the residences in Fortree City, and Bellossom for Corsola in a Pacifidlog Town residence.
 
Problem.
I was suppose to go to the Cave of Origin BEFORE I beat Juan...
but I didn't, and cant get it in...

You cannot get into the Cave of Origin until you go the Seafloor Cavern and help Archie free Kyogre. Then a long scene ensues, a potentially pretty cool one at that, and then you are literally shoved inside the cave. That is when the quest for Rayquaza begins. Once peace is restored to the Pokeland, you are given the uber crappiness that is Waterfall.

I did that before I battled with Juan.
And there was that semi-long cut-scene with Kyogre and Groudon fighting, and then Rayquaza entered. I had to do that before I could get in the Gym, in the first place.

...If I did things out of order, I blame on the internet walkthroughs...^^;
 
It still shouldnt matter, Nintendo's been making games long enough not to put players in dead ends
