but the only way now is to cheat with an action replay
 
i've looked all over ruin valley and still can't find the scientist guy

OK, I don't know if this has been asked, I didn't feel like looking thought 28 pages of posts anyway:

1. How do I get Togepi? It is on Island 5 right? Here what I heard to do:

If you want Togepi, go back to the intersection and go west. Take the top route, then the bottom and then go up. You will see two people on a tiny island. Talk to the gentleman and he will give you Togepi.

But when I get their and talk to the gentleman he saids something anout not pushing your Pokemon to hard or whatever, he looks at the Pokemon and goes '... ... ... ... I see'. Something like that. I don't understand? Is their something that I'm missing?

2. Do you get a Unown Dex. In G/S I think that you get this speical Dex that lets you view all the Unown you have, just wondering if FR/LG has this to.

He is hiding in this chamber located in the middle of Ruin Valley. You have to use cut on the Braille Door.

1. You get Topegi from this man if the pokemon that you are carrying have a lot of trust in you and I'm pretty sure that has something to do with the happiness of your pokemon. (someone correct me if I'm wrong there because I don't know he just gave me the egg)

As Alex said, in order to get the Togepi egg, your lead Pokemon must have max Happiness. Basically, if you put your starter in front, and you have used it enough, it will have acquired enough Happiness by that time for you to get your egg.

There is no Unown Dex in FRLG. The Unown were and are the worst idea in the game. They are similar to shiny Pokes. They serve absolutely no purpose other than the fact that you have them.
 
i dont knowwhich way to go through the holes in dotted hole i've tried it but i always end up at the same place

What I really like about this game is the many ways it tries to teach kids who are willing to work at it. The dots, for example, are braille. All three of my sons now are able to read braille. While it isn't practical knowledge since all three have their sight, you know what they say about knowledge.

At any rate, the walls in Mt. Ember on One Island have the complete alphabet listed in if you want to learn how to decipher braille. Here is also a handy reference tool if you don't want to go back to One Island:

If you don't even care about that, just know that the braille tells you which direction to go. Just remember that UP is two letters, LEFT is four letters, RIGHT is five letters, and DOWN is four letters. Good luck.
 
hey i did it three times you know what i will look online right now it is up left right down try that if it doesnt work than cheat place is stupid
 
dude i didnt cheat he didnt want to bother with the bralles that is his problem i dont need to know dotted hole cause i know the brallels i was just helping him out so case closed so erroll i the way to get to the sapphire is to go up, left, right, and down. good luck on completing your fire red island missions

You encouraging him to cheat is what I was responding to. No need to get defensive. Also, please use full sentences as I had to read your post a few times to understand it.
 
well i am sure it is in the past now.
he probaltly used it so he probaltly is fighting team rocket now.
it was on a gamecheats website but who cares one little thing.
and i didnt say cheat is stupid if it didnt work i said the place i got the hint from would be stupid if it didnt work and i am not getting defencive.
 
My apologies for implying that you were advising him to cheat. Your run-on sentece was quite confusing.

Having both Charizard and Entei is redundant. I would replace one of them with Lapras or a Water-type with Ice Beam. That will get you through Lance a lot faster. The Mew thing isn't real, but at least you will gain a lot of experience.
