It's called a "thread" not a forum. And you could have went to go look for it and not asked that question. And it's the link below.

Ok on to my question (more like my brother's question because it's a Pokemon he wants).

Ok he wants a Shiftry and he wants it to have Explosion and Faint Attack (Seedot get Explosion and Nuzleaf gets Faint Attack). But Seedot gets Explosion at level 43 and Nuzleaf gets Faint Attack at level 31. So I was thinking of doing this (tell me if it works or not, I think it will but I'm not 100% sure).

First let the Seedot level up to 43 to get Explosion then evol it to Nuzleaf then go to that Move Tutor guy in Fallarbor Town and have him teach Nuzleaf Faint Attack.
Will that work or is there any other way to get both of them attacks?

o.o *dies* Andy posted in Pokemon forums...

Erm..it MIGHT not work. Far as I know, the Move Tutor only reteaches moves a Pokemon has already learned or had a chance to learn.

If it doesn't work, tell him to do it through breeding and egg moves. Get a male Nuzleaf/Seedot that knows Explosion/Faint Attack and breed it with a female Seedot or any of it's evolutions to get another Seedot that'll hatch with Explosion or Faint Attack as an Egg Move....make sense?

Well yea I post in Pokemon forums. You know I use to be a Mod in the Pokemon game forums (for maybe two weeks). XD

Thanks Azn, but now he is going with another dark attack X_X *hits his brother for doing that to him*. XD

Well, if you have something like this with another Pokemon (say Lotad) it definitely DOES work. That's they way to get a Medicham with all punches to breed onto an Alakazam. But since you're brother wants another dark attack (for which you can tell him the only one that does any damage apart from Faint Attack is Thief) this may not be as much to you, as it is to other people

Don't forget Bite and Crunch, those are both Dark type attacks which damage

First of all, why didn't you use the Breeders Corner?

Second, this will work. Get the Seedot to learn Explosion, and then evolve to Nuzleaf. Grab a Heart Scale, and you can learn Faint Attack. Actually, this the only way to do it since you can't breed Faint Attack onto Seedot.

I am trying to catch Feebas. I know there are only 6 tiles you can catch it on. Are those tiles beside each other or spread out throughout the area?

Well because I don't have a clue what the "Breeders Corner" is for (that's what I get when Steve runs off and starts something without talking about it X_X) and it's a simple question on R/S. XD

He said he was going to get Thief so no need to blow brain power thinking about it. XD

It's spread out over ANY water tile on Route 119.

Umm... when does Ralts learn a new attack? ^^

What level is your Ralts, JKaizer?

...*thinks the world is coming to an end*

I don't know what level your Ralts is at but here's a list of what Ralts learns and at which level. It evovles at level 20 and again at level 30. So if it does evolve, the list below will change since it's for Ralts only.

Growl (Normal) - N/A
Confusion (Psychic) - Level 6
Double Team (Normal) - Level 11
Teleport (Psychic) - Level 16
Calm Mind (Psychic) - Level 21
Psychic (Psychic) - Level 26
Imprison (Psychic) - Level 31
Future Sight (Psychic) - Level 36
Hypnosis (Psychic) - Level 41
Dream Eater (Psychic) - Level 46

I meant first new attack. >_>

*just caught it in Emerald and is annoyed at the only attack being Growl*

Whatever...the list is up there. Seems it learns an attack every 5 levels.

Eheh... sorry for being stupid.

But I never played R/S and Emerald is in pure Japanese. >_>

I meant Dark damaging attacks that Shiftry could learn. Shiftry/Nuzleaf/whatever can't learn any other damaging dark attacks than Faint Attack and Thief via TM, so Andy's brother must be going for a more defensive approach... or he doesn't know that himself. ^_^

Can some1 please compare Dewgong and Lapara's stats and moves for me please? Its for my Fr i dont know which ice/water to choose.

Dewgong base stats:
HP: 90
Attack: 70
Defence: 80
Speed: 70
Special Attack: 70
Special Defence: 95
Total - 475

Lapras base stats:
HP: 130
Attack: 85
Defence: 80
Speed: 60
Special Attack: 85
Special Defence: 95
Total - 535

Lapras > Dewgong in terms of stats, and it's movepool is very flexible too.
