Floor 266 is a courtroom.
 
Floor 267 is a sewer bath dedicated to Trubbish and Garbodor. Spend too long on this floor, and you'll join their ranks.

Floor 270 is popular for its penguin dancers, who, by the way, are paid less than minumum wage. (Hint: they're not paid.)
 
Floor 273 used to be a secret base where rebels planned ways to rescue the penguin dancers. Since it was found out, it's just a place where people who don't like floor 270 are forcefully transformed into more penguin dancers.
 
Room 275 is the second second base of operations, led by penguin dancers. Most passersby just see penguin posters everywhere, and can't find the secret hole. They're planning their attack. It's going to be huge. Anyhoo, next floor - I don't think we'll be coming back to these.
