Yes, this may be a common suggestion, but if there was one substance that this particular forum embraces wholeheartedly, it would be salt. Yes, that one tiny coarse granule that we all know and love. The basic premise of this game is that the salts (uninformed majority) have to avoid becoming dissolved by the water(informed minority) HOWEVER, evaporation is a natural occurence, and I thought I'd try to tie it into the game, in a rather unique way...

NaCl

Ah yes, common table salt, loved by all, hated by none. Now, you may be asking me questions, such as this fantastic example here- 'Wouldn't common table salt be easily put as a vanilla townie?' Now, while this would be the easy way out, were I to want a 'vanilla' role I'd have made a spice themed mafia, or ice creamfia. also because klippy made me do a unique role But no. I did saltafia! Anyway, that's enough digressing, onto the technicalities of the role~
As common table salt, everybody loves NaCl. Everyone loves NaCl so much that they all want a peice of it, they idolise it, they make it their centre of attention. Due to this, every Night Action performed while NaCl is still alive will have a 50% chance of having the intended target switch to NaCl. Will this help or hinder the holder of this role? Vote for this game and find out the other salty contents!​

Deadly Sins Mafia

The seven deadly sins, the seven virtues and man. These things are what guide our hearts, but when one becomes so completely engorged with one what might happen? Would the afflicted simply crack under the unending pressure of their sin, or would they grow into something greater? Something darker?

Jealousy

Jealousy has no true abilities of their own. They do however have the power to act as a doppleganger of sorts. At the beginning of the game, they will choose one player other than a fellow mafia member to shadow. They will gain an exact copy of the role that this player has - so long as they aren't vanilla - and will be able to use it every night until the selected player dies. After they die, Jealousy will be able to choose another player to shadow and gain the role of.

Sleeping With The Sheeps​

"One does not realize that the one you're looking for, is just right in front of you..."

Everyone is going with their businesses as usual. No anomalies, no murders, no chaos... Atleast not yet, anyways... It is always hard to distinguish who is evil, and who is not, when people keep on changing who their allegiances lie. Are you one of those people who can discern from what's real and what isn't?​

The Sleeper - Third Party

Every night phase, The Sleeper can curse a word to someone. It can be any word they want, ranging from very common words, to made up words. If anyone in the game says that exact word (whether it be The Sleeper, the target, or another player), the targeted switches allegiance to the Sleeper, and gets a huge power up. However, note that activated players will be forced to talk in ALL CAPS indefinitely, or until The Sleeper dies. Once the Sleeper dies, all activated players will have a 50% chance of dying or a 50% of returning to their original alignment.​

Sexuality Mafia​

As you know, PokeCommunity in its vast majority consists of homosexuals. In this regard, heterosexuals feel oppressed and unable to express their sexual tendencies inside PokeCommunity without being judged for it. As things are, there would be no future for them, so they decided to take up "arms" and stand against the homosexual majority. In this game, homosexuals will be the uninformed majority (also known as the innocents), while the heterosexuals will be the informed minority (also known as the mafia).

The Irresistibles (Mafia Sided Role) : Every other night, a male and a female character will approach one of the homosexual characters and attempt to convince them to join the heterosexuals. The methods they use are unknown. If the irresistible targets a character of the opposite gender they will successfully convert them to the heterosexuals. If they target a character of the same gender twice (not necessarily in a row), the irresistible will join the homosexuals, but they will be forbidden from revealing their teammates. The female character gets their first Night Action on Night 0, while the male character gets theirs on Night 1.

Title: Mean Girls: High School is a Game of Life and Death

High school can be a vicious place, especially with The Plastics around. But no matter how vicious and toxic the high school environment is, killing doesn't really happen. What does decide someone's survival (and thriving) in high school, though, is their Popularity.

In this game, players will compete to become the most popular person in school and win the title of Spring Fling Queen or King. There will be an uninformed minority - the Plastics - who seek to defeat the other students together and diminish students' popularity, but at the end of the day, it's every bitch for themselves. Each player will have a popularity score - every night the Plastics can attack a players' popularity score through the Burn Book, and every day the students can vote who to spread gossip about to reduce popularity of a player (in place of lynching).

Role: Regina George

You're the HBIC at this joint, and you deserve to win the title of Spring Fling Queen. You are the leader of the Plastics, and every night you and your Plastics get to decide who to write about in the Burn Book. Whoever you write about will have their Popularity Points halved.

You also have the power of manipulation. Let's face it, your the brains of the Plastics as well (not that there's much competition). Every night, you can [influence] one other Plastic to redirect or take control of their action without them knowing. Use this to ensure you have your way in the end - you need to defeat the other Plastics to win as well!

The Mafia Scum Theatre

Upon moving into the Underground, a young man with polar bear-like tendencies made it his mission to invoke cultural refinement within its citizens. He has certainly changed since his arrival - a legal name change, a little lost dignity, a bit heavier from consuming all that salt - but despite a set-back here and there, we now welcome that same man as he officially opens what's sure to be the forum's most revered landmark.

Performances apparently mix modern theatrical improvisational technique and a new Stanislavsky-esc approach to murder, and whilst the actors and crew embody their roles, there's an added bit of suspense that they might mortally succumb to acting challenges or rigged props! It's a rough business, but surviving participants will receive a large sum of cash and prestige, as well as the honor of performing in the Broadway production of Shakespeare's recently uncovered play, Ballad of the Bidoofs.

We're currently looking for talent. If you're new to the area and its customs, we recommend you stop by the Box Office and pick up a complementary Newbie Guide! It's also advisable that if you're prone to be inactive in the highly competitive field of collaborative theatre, you reflect before signing up. There's always someone else waiting in the wings for your position!​

The Ghost of Banquo

Christening the space with a production of the infamous Macbeth wasn't the best idea in retrospect. It has cursed the theatre with a mysterious ghost that possesses people and may lead some to disaster.

You are a part of an independent third-party faction. Starting from Night Zero, you may send in the action [POSSESS] every night to act upon another player. If you get killed that night or lynched the following day, the death will be transferred onto the chosen player instead. However, if your chosen player gets similarly eliminated, you die along with them. You may anonymously send messages to the person you are currently possessing if you so wish.

At any point in the Day Phase you may take one guess at another person's role. If you guess correctly, that person will instantly die due to a prop, set, or other technical mishap. If you guess incorrectly, the following Day Phase post will have a bolded hint leading towards your identity or the identity of the person you're currently possessing that Day.

It is your goal to kill at least four people by correctly guessing their role. If you do not do this by the end of the last phase, you will "evaporate away" and lose in the epilogue.​

Upgrade Unlocked

Centuries have passed since the place known as the Underground came to existence. Technology has arisen to a level far beyond the levels of understanding of the humans back in the day. Their species was no longer relevant now.

The world has been threatened by an incredible amount of civil wars, where rebels looked for ways to gain a majority among the population. Whether they succeeded or not, the mass slaughter was real and their effects were devastating. The world as of today was no longer suited for living beings.

One thing hasn't changed however, even in the current population, which consists purely of robots and other strange devices, the hunger for power their original developers had, hasn't faded. At this moment a small partition of the new brand of ZQ-9000 robots has been infected with a hideous virus taking over their artificial minds.

Fresh from the factory, the robots only have the most basic software installed to communicate. Additional powers of any level above that, even the simple casting of a vote, can freely be downloaded during the game. The lack of a good connection will however limit the download speed to a mere 10 TeraByte per day.

On the bright side, the ZQ-9000 is a very versatile build and their big RAM enables to execute the actions that would normally require multiple humans to do, once it has all the data available. And with enough software updates, their actions are even more powerful and accurate.

The other side of the coin is that the corrupted MafBots have access to their own set of upgrades as well.

Your fast processor provides you a higher download speed, giving you a daily 25 TeraByte to spend on upgrades rather than the usual 10. The flip side of your high speed is that your system will get overheated around Day 4, resulting in your tragic death.

Up next is Survivor Bingo. We'll be doing a game of standard bingo only themed to Snailvivor. I'll be giving words in batches of three, to which the first person to line up FIVE boxes in a row wins! If you have five boxes marked in a row after I have called the words out, you must post "BINGO!" and post your card with the boxes marked in some fashion (aka Microsoft Paint markings, etc.).

After each set of words has been posted, you must post that you've seen them or like my post. If you fail to do this within 12 hours, you will be disqualified.
