Ok, so my DS wasn't working for a few days, I'm trying to make up for it
-Swept all trainers on Route 210
-Went on to Veilstone City, Healed Starmie
-Pretty easily defeated Maylene, received Cobble Badge
-Got Dawn's Pokedex back from Team Galactic.
-Went to Route 214, saved the game.

To Sketch, I will only sketch my opponent, never my partner in 2v2.
I might go through hell and back, but then again the Igglybuff thing i did a while back was surprisingly easy.
And im using emulator ofc. Ill update after every gym.

Hey guys I just finished my D/P/Pt Monotyp (Completed poison types =]).
Anyways im to tired to post everyhting so heres the basics:
-started gam with piiplup
-got my pidgey (my solo runner) and named it NinjaBird
-got my first gym badge (spammed Sand-attack)
-got my second gym badge (Gust is da bomb)
-got my third badge (i learned fighting type is weak against flying)
-Got my fourth badge (beat crasher wake. what an epic name)
-Got my fifth badge (I hate Fantina and hypnosis and confuse Ray)
-Got my sixth badge (after hour and hour of trying, i finnaly beat his stupid shieldon. ought alot of dire hits and x attacks)
-experienced an earthquake
-beat team galactic at all the lakes
Got my seventh badge (flying type pwned snover and abomosnow)
-beat cyrus at veilstone
-caught dialga just for the heck of it
-met flint
-beat Volkner easily (volkner used poor move choices. Got return in there =])
-went to pokemon league
-beet my rival (i named my Rival Kobra and i named myself TreeHuggr)
-beat aaron (EASY!!!!!)
-Beat Bertha (had trouble with her...)
-Bested Flint (not that hard...... Spammed sand attack again)
-Defeated The psychic guy (moderate fight, used alot of full restores.)
-Beat the dark type league champion (not hard because my pidgey was lvl 89. Pidgey lvls fast)
-now im the champion

P.s. (i sarted the solo run at the same type as my monotype so thats why i didnt have much to do... only the last badge and the elite four..)

Awh, I didn't know these types of threads existed! I've been doing a Solo run on Diamond with a Lucario (Hatched from an egg given to me by Riley on Platinum and traded it to Diamond as an egg. Riolu, then it evolved.) I've already gotten three badges with it, and I'm slightly annoyed I could have made a record of my progress haha!

Next time I'll have to do that. Good luck to everyone!

Yeah, that's how I got introduced to challenges. I thought I was so great when I came up with the idea of only using a single type, and then bam it was already here. Made me sad. But sure, go ahead and start posting your progress now. It's so much better than people saying "Oh, I've already done that. Give me credit for it now!" At least you're updating some. I sometimes start the challenge, and just type my update as I go, and then beat it, so it ends up being one huge post. Trust me, you're fine.

Ok so heres what i did:
-chose piplup as starter
-named myself Haxeray
-named rival Ian
-Emulated my combee ( had to try several times so i could get a female one )
-name my Combee Myrr ( shoutout anyone? )
-Grinded and grinded for about 3 hours (i play pokemon ALOT)
-Grinded until lvl 21, evolved into Vespiquen
-beat first gym
-made my way to Floarama and beat all the galactic guys with ease.
-went to eterna and Killed the Grass gym leader with gust
-rescued the bicycle guy
-and saved my progress after that.

Here is Vespiquen's stats:

Lvl: 28
Ability: Pressure - Foe uses twice the amount of power points
Moves:
-Gust
-Heal Order
-Power Gem
-Sweet Scent

P.s. (i wont be posting for about 6 days on your GSC solo run becuz my dad has my computer and htis is my dad's computer)

What I've Done So Far:
Game started- May 28th Friday.
Player name- Diamond
Original Pokémon Chosen- Turtwig.
Caught A Starly- Nicknamed it NOOOOOO
Went to Pokémon center as soon as possible, and traded Turtwig for an egg.
Egg- Originally from my Pokémon game, it was the egg given to me by Riley, that I never bothered to hatch.
Ran around for ages- Egg finally hatched.
Female Riolu- Nicknamed Ylia.
Level 1- It was hard to train it up and took a lot of potions XD
Traveled to Oreburgh.
Beat Roark easily- Using hidden power and force palm.

June 1st Tuesday
Riolu tried to evolve- I stopped her due to the fact I wanted to learn the move Copy Cat (Which I didn't end up teaching her).
Got through the second gym badge. Over powered Ylia won easily. Was still a Riolu at the time.

June 6th Sunday
Riolu evolved into Lucario.
Won the third gym challenge. (Interesting fight, Lucario vs Lucario)

June 8th Tuesday
Beat the 4th gym. Wasn't difficult at all.
