yes it is dose the pichu have to be shiny. and i would trade shiny piplup and the pichu for a shiny legand latias???????????

No Pichu can Stay the same, I just love Volt Tackle move on Pikachu, so i want a Pichu to learn it xD, and The Shiny Piplup and Pichu for a Shiny Latias and Shiny Gastly seem like a far trade to me.
