    Soul Purpose

Started this at SPPF and decided to bring it here.

    Plot

Music is said to flow through the soul of every living creature upon this planet, but one place in particular is known for its many musicians and that place is known as, Guru-vu town. This town runs on music and multiple musical characters have been born here to grace the rest of the world with their presence, they spread the joy of music and rhythm and are complete idols to those outsiders who wish to one day rise up to their ranks. Though through this description, the town may seem the perfect getaway, it still has its problems.

The town is split into five sectors: The centre sector is for those of classical and romantic interests, a place for classical singers and R&Bers. The north sector is home to the rockers and the punks, those who enjoy the more free and careless side of music. The south sector is home to the Rappers and the Dancers, for those who can move all night and day. The east sector is for the heavy metal lovers and gothic tragedy, those who like the more sinister side of music. The west is kept for the lovers of jazz and blues, the mellow and laid back characters.

The sectors are forever competing against one another in the dome at the centre of the town. Music plays day and night as the youngsters (more than anything) practice all day and then compete against one another at the end of the day, ready to prove their superiority. The sectors make little contact other than when they fight head to head after the day is done and the competitions role in at night. The youngsters especially do not mix well when in the presence of another sector.

The species introduced into this town, if born of pure or half blood are known as Rizumu's. They are gifted with rhythm that will one day sprout into a musical talent, whether it is with a guitar, drums, an ocarina or even a trumpet. These species are also graced with one elemental power that can be called upon by using their musical talents. Until now, this ability has been used for displays at the dome in order to show off their musical talent. The greater the talent with ones musical gift, the more one would be able to do with his or her element. A fire elemental musician for example, may be able to call forth flames that could dance to the rhythm of the music, or a water gifted musician could be able to call forth dancers made entirely of water.

Unknown to the residence of this town, a war is breaking out. A group called the commandos are on the rampage, lead by an evil dictator by the name of Carlos. This man once held great power over the land of Takten where our story takes place, a wide land filled with many mysteries, many species and many wonders. Once the heir to the throne of Takten then disowned by his parents, King Leon and Queen Loretta for attempting to poison his healthy and adored father in order to get a fast grip on the throne, Carlos swore revenge on not only his parents, but all those that followed them.

To this day, Carlos had gone into hiding and his intentions were unknown, but little did the land know that he was gaining followers. He had managed to construct and underground hideout, open to all who opposed the King and Queen. Many rogues and outcasts joined this group in hopes of being reacquainted with humanity. Carlos though evil is a fair leader and promised his followers that the land would soon be ruled by their hand.

When the town of Guru-vu is attacked by the hands of these wretched beings, a group of Rizumu's are thrust together and embark on a journey to avenge their lost friends and family and restore Guru-vu to what it once was. Along the way they will encounter difficulties and wondrous things in this modern yet mythical world. Can you get along with one another in order to take revenge on the one who destroyed all you ever lived for?

    Sum up

I have always been interested in an RPG that would introduce characters that used music as their weapon of choice. So I decided to make this little RPG. You are one of the Rizumu species that have one or more musical talents and control over a specific element. Before your town was attacked you would compete against one another musically in the dome at the centre of your town. But when the town is attacked and your home practically destroyed, you swear revenge on whoever caused this disaster in order to restore your love for the only thing that ever mattered to you: Music.

You will travel to many cities and towns in order to gain knowledge of who this evil dictator is and then hunt him down in order to rid him of the land. Along the way you will encounter many mythical beings and species that you never thought existed. This is an RPG that mixes the modern world with mythical stories and adventures.

Places of interest (In order that we will visit) Bold = Cities/ towns villages, Italic = Roads/ paths/ highways/ fields.)

    This list will be edited.

Guru-vu: This is where our hero's originate from. Before the attack it was a glorious town of lights and decorations, but now all that remains of it are ruins and the poor souls that have lost the rhythm that was generated from the city's dazzling aura.

Rayshadow Highway: A highway that crosses from Guru-vu to Torku. Once one passes the half way point it is easy to tell the difference immediately from Guru-vu and Torku.

Torku: Filled to the brim with slums and pollution. It is the complete opposite of Guru-vu. There is no rhythm, only darkness and gruesome characters. It is the only place in the land that generates power. The general species here consist of Humans, lycanthropes and anthros.

Moonglaze fields: This field is always shrouded in darkness, but unlike Torku it gives off a calming sensation. A river runs through its middle which is inhabited by the most calming waters and creatures. Peaceful species live in these parts.

Summerset: A seaside village dedicated to fishing. While many towns are dedicated to industry, this particular village relies on agriculture and nature. Species such as Elves, humans and the more peaceful anthros live in these parts.

Kalm seas: Like the name indicates, this part of the great sea is inhabited by calm and peaceful creatures.

Vicious seas: When crossing the border, the calmness of the sea changes abruptly and becomes rough. This part of the great sea is totally unpredictable and full to the brim with sea monsters.

    Species

This list will be edited when more areas are reviled above.

Rizumu's: These creatures are human like in appearance but are graced with long pointed ears and sharp eyes. They have elegant features and can take control of one element.

    Humans: Your average humans.

Anthros: Half humans and half animal.

Lycanthropes: Wolf people or werewolves. They take on a human like appearance when the full moon is not in wane, but when it is take on a wolfish appearance and are not capable of controlling themselves.

Elves: These look much like the Rizumu's only with shorter ears and an above average life expectancy. Elves can be found in both forests and cities.

Mermaids/men: Inhabitants of the great sea. They are human like from the waste up but an aquatic tail adorns their lower half's.

    Elements

Your character can be gifted with one of the following elements:

Fire, water, ice, lightning, wind, light, darkness, ground, flower (grass) and gravity.

With the help of your instrument or your voice, you can control one of the above elements. Before the attack they were used as parts of displays and talent in the competitions, but now can be used as an attack method. You can conjure fire clones, attack with a blade of pure water, cause a rockslide or a gust of wind. As the RPG progresses, you will learn to control your element more.

    Instrument's

The below are just recommendations for instruments for each section:

Centre: Orcarina, Violine, chelo, flute, clarinet, guitar, vocal.
    North: Guitar, drum, keyboard, vocal.
    South: Keyboard, vocal, dance.
    East: Guitar, drum, keyboard, vocal.
West: Trumet, Sax, chelo, guitar, vocal.

    My sign-up

    Name: Kaida Hitachiin (Kai)

    Title: The Dancing Flame

    Age: 18

    Gender: Female

Description: Kai is a half-breed, a cross between a Rizumu and a tiger. She has long flowing red hair that reaches past her shoulder blades and light orange highlights that grace the stream of darker red. The top of her hair is kept at bay by a long strand of black material which makes the top of her hair stick out in all manners of directions (some think it to be gelled in place, but it is in fact natural). Her eyes are cat like and are colored a deep emerald which tends to stand out shockingly in contrast with the mop of flame red hair atop her head. Kai has a lithe frame which lacks bulging muscles but is still lightly toned.

Upon her physique she wears a black short sleeved crop top and an even shorter, black denim jacket with silver chains and clasps, leaving the hem of her crop top visible as well as her bare stomach. Covering her lower half are a pair of ragged, baggy blue jeans that fall slightly to reveal whatever underwear she wears underneath her attire, the right leg of these jeans is cut short to just below her knee join, the legs leg is then left to flare to cover a pair of heavy, black and orange vans.

Multiple leather belts wrap around her waste and attached to these are an equal amount of silver chains and trinkets. Around her neck is a black bandana and multiple bracelets of bright colours decorate both of her lower arms and her ankles. Her eyes are decorated with heavy amounts of black eyeliner and an overly large amount of orange eye shadow, her long, sharp nails are also painted the same orange and black colour as are the gems that are pierced through her bellybutton, her right eyebrow and her tongue (orange).

Accompanying her first set of pointed ears are a second set that lay perched atop her head, but unlike the average Rizumu ears, these are a pair of tigers ears, decorated with orange, white and black fur, both sets are heavily pierced with earrings. Another tiger addition to her physique are the black stripes that decorate her slightly tanned skin. The two sets of stripes that decorate her feline shaped face are the most obvious as are the ones that decorate her exposed stomach, back and right leg, the rest are covered by her clothing. She bares pointed fangs that jut out from beneath her full lips and a tiger's tail that sprouts from a hole in the back of her loose fitting jeans.

Personality: Kai is cocky, witty and always looking for a bit of fun. In all she is a mischief maker and always seems to rush into things without thinking, which normally either gets her into a heap load of trouble with enemies, or at least her allies. Though she has a quick thinking nature, she is in fact a strategist and can always be counted on to think of a plan in a tight situation. As her element indicates, she has a fiery temper and finds it hard to keep her comments to herself. At one moment she can be well behaved (if not a little sarcastic), and than at another moment angered beyond control. Her moods come and go like the wind, but her fiery personality always remains the same.

Music Genre/ Sector: Punk- Rock/ Northern sector

Instrument Description: Kai carries a guitar upon her back. Its base colour is black, but it has a tribal-flame pattern running up its right side. On its back is a picture of a tiger made purely out of flames.

    Element: Fire

Half blood or Pure blood: Rizumu/ Tiger half blood.

    Weapon: A pair of chackrams.

    Beginning abilities: Will edit

    History: Will edit

    Other: N/A

Okay then, sign up! It may seem confusing at first glance, but I assure you it will not be. I will start a discussion thread so as you can post your comments and questions as well as updated status along the way.

Not accepted, I don't accept pictures for one, I want a description in words. You didn't describe your instrument. You spelt weapon wrong as well as other things and your personality is way too short for my liking. If you plan on editing then I expect an RPG example from you next time.

EDIT: Sorry, only put part of the Roleplay Sample -_-

Amazing... a role-play about music... You can be sure I'm signing up! ^o^

    Name: Emily Maerevelli

    Title: The Guiding Melody

    Age: 16

    Gender: Female

Description: Emily is a pure-blood Rizumo. She posesses long, dazzling blond hair, to just about past her shoulders. From time to time, she wears a shining red ribbon upon the left part of her hair, giving upon her a even more enchanting look. Her pupils are actually a tad large, and of a deep-ocean blue colour, which stands out even more than usual, seeing her skin-tone is preety pale-toned.

She usually wears a white T-shirt with a yellow wing symbol on the center, and when it's cold, she also wears a ruby-coloured coat that's a tad large considering her size, but that's the way she likes it, with a flower arrangement on her left side pocket. For her legs, she has a long, stunning red skirt, with some white ornamental swirls at its tips. Her shoes are, as you probably guessed, also of a red colour, and she always wears white socks, let it be winter or summer.

When she performs for an audience, though, her clothing is mostly changed: Her ribbon is now placed on the right side of her hair, and her clothing is fully changed (except for the shoes): She now wears a ruby-coloured mid-sized dress down to her knees with several fold at its tips. Besides it, she now wears a bright red lipstick, to stand out her singing mouth from the middle of the stage.

Personality: Emily is calm and relaxed, and can be a little shy at times. Although her kind of introverted self, she never has doubts when the matter is to help a friend in need, in which she will do all in her power - even her life - to aid others. She's also a bit naive, many times being tricked into doing things for the profit of others, but that's who she is. She has a very kind nature, and despises violence at the extreme - she'd rather sit and talk about the subject than actually harming another.

Music Genre/ Sector: Classical Music / Center District

Instrument Description: Emily posesses a pearl-white violin, supposedly a descendant of the great line of the Stradivarius. At its top, it posesses a deep-blue pearl, of the same colour of her eyes.

    Element: Light

Half blood or Pure blood: Pure-Blood Rizumo

    Weapon: A Bow and Arrows

Beginning abilities: I hope I get this right:

Choir of Life: Grabbing her violin, Emily starts playing a soothing melody, touching to the other's soul. Following, having her instrument playing the background, she proceeds in singing in an incomprehensble language, that somehow stimulates the other's brain cells to restore the person's life energy.

History: Emily was born in a very important family of Rizumo in the center district of Guru-Vu. Having quite her share of wealth, her parents sought for her the knowledge of music since quite little, in which she proved to have an extraordinary talent. Since quite a young age she sang on her room alone, or simply singing with her parents in their family performances. From the age of 14 she started participating in the Dome regularly, trying t touch people's hearts with her song. That was her dream: fill the whole world with joy with her music. All was fine with her, until that day of the strike on her town. Quickly she, her younger sister Anna and their grandparents where evacuated to a shelter under her manor, while their parents stood to fight the invaders. There, they stayed for quite some time, waiting for the chaos above to end. At some time, they stopped hearing any sound. Curious, Emily peeked up from the trap door. All had been burned to rubble, and her parents where nowhere in sight. Leaving her grandparents and sister, she set out on the world, wanting to find out if her parents or her friends were still alive, and also to try to fulfill her dream.

    RP Sample:

A Labyrinth. That would probably be the best way to describe the Forgotten Square. Although the base of Town Square, this place didn't seem anything like it, as its intricate streets just seemed to connect in a confusing and strange manner, and from an architectural point of view, this place seemed simply bizarre. Tayro relentlessly tried remembering Town Square, hoping he would find his way through this maze, but his memory did not aid him in this cause. For all he knew, the streets in North Castle's most busy district were quite different from here. It seemed like the architects designed Town Square to be an improved version of the Forgotten Square, one that fortunately was quite less confusing. Acquiring no knowledge to help him in this matter, the mage apprentice continued his run, returning his focus into more important matters at the time - namely catching the shuriken-throwing assassins.

Following his companions, it wasn't too long until he encountered a familiar sight. The clumsy person walked right towards a bricked wall, a sight that didn't seem very abnormal in this area. Although for a slight moment the Hylian thought that the man was simply being a klutz, and would simply bump his head against the barrier, which, even if the assassin was clumsy, the case would turn from clumsy to completely crazy. Yet the truth quickly came to him, a word speaking in the contents of his mind, and the teenager accompanied that thought with a deep sigh, leaning his head slightly downwards, yet never stopping his movement. It's an illusion.

His beliefs turned out to be true as the man vanished, his body simply melting away as he passed through the supposed wall. Shada and Rose seem to follow suit, and Tayro, not wanting to be left behind, tries his best to keep up with them, although they all demonstrated a quite more agility than him. If only I didn't have my cloak... - he thought, though quickly forgetting about it. Fashion and clothing were quite not part of this equation - in which the unknown value was why the man wanted them killed. This matter, though it could seem trivial to some, it was surely not applied to the Hylian. Passing many obstacles that surely would make one just let it pass and leave, he wanted to know the truth... and maybe more. Thinking of possible reasons, he passed through the magical barrier, the tingling sensation overruning him again. Although it didn't hurt one bit, the feeling was quite annoying. The good part was that it was over preety soon, yet what awaited the boy on the other side was not very pleasing.

    A... dead end?
That thought would probably be true, if the lad didn't know any better. With all that he had experienced previously, he immediatly acknowledged the presence of yet another illusion... or maybe because the man was out of sight once again. Whatever the reason, he knew that they all had to act fast, or they would all lose track of their 'prey'. Tayro looked back as his friends quickly catched up with them. However, he did not pay much attention at Blank's attempts to trigger the secret passage... as he was concentrated on something else. His Hylian hearing was quite accurate, as his ears twitched and turned in another direction. Footsteps.

Choosing to remain quiet, the boy's hand quickly grabs the staff, and starts to focus a spell. An Elemental Burst of Water would probably be the key here, his eyes eyeing the rooftops, sighting a cloaked person up there. It takes no time at all for Tayro to recognize the man and nullify his spellcasting. He smiles at Alpha, wating to greet him and ask him the reason of he... being here. However, proper greeting would have to be left for later if they wanted to cacth the perpetrator, so, heeding to the Sheikah's advice, the teenager ran towards the wall he indicated, passing right through it as expected. The sligh vibrations resumed, and suddenly stopping as well. Another obstacle passed. Not wanting to lead the chase, he waited for the others to pass, and simply follow.

Reaching the assassins' hideout, the boy let out a sigh, and promptly waited for the results of this little inquiree. However, what awaited him inside was quite not what he had in mind. A trap! - he thought, as he examined the reat amount of archers, their bows and arrows aimed at them. The boy should have known better. After all the books he had read, he should have understood that there was more than it met the eye... but past is past. No worth crying over spilt Lon Lon Milk. It seemed like the hunter was now the hunted. Tayro, not showing any sign of fright, yet fearing for their safety inside, gently dropped his staff to the ground, it falling with a loud *clamp* as the wood came in contact with the floor.. Only thing that remained with him was the stone, and that wouldn't do any harm, would it? He chose to simply listen, and not uttering a word. These creeps were not worth it. Angered, he simply followd them into a passage. Going underground, the boy believed they would be headed into some kind of prison, yet the result seemed otherwise. Entering the supposed 'Meeting Room', Tayro stood still, and heard Rose's question. I have a better question than that... His previous question of why they had tried to kill them now seemed apparent - they had no intention to. So, consequently, a new question was formed, one needing answer. Wanting a reply, the Hylian raised his head just slightly, and, eyeing the man, asked him coldly: "What do you want with us?"

I find it funny that I have a character already made that would fit perfectly into this RP. I would like to join, if you find my RPing skills up to par.

    Name: Raikel Marim
    Title: Storm Caller
    Age: 17
    Gender: Female

Description: If I have to type something, I will, but here's a pic that I drew SPECIFICALLY to be Raikel. ~ https://img142.imageshack.us/img142/6761/customraikelzu8.png

Personality: Raikel is spunky and full of energy, but is always open to sitting down and playing/listening to music. She may come off as annoying at first, but that's just her odd way of making friends. She loves to play music, but suprisingly, hasn't composed any song of her own yet, preffering to learn some of her favorite songs. It's not hard for her to trust someone, but if they lie or betray her, she will never trust them again, unless they can really prove themselves. Raikel also has a habit of dance-fighting, where two people dance, but also enter a combat match. She does this so often, she has gotten a bit a of violent, battle-ready edge.

Music Genre/ Sector: North Sector, I suppose.

Instrument Description: Portable Keyboard. Shown in 'description.' She also has a little dancing ability.

    Element: Lightning

Half blood or Pure blood: Pure Blood, I guess.

Weapon: Raikel has, believe it or not, killer drumsticks. =D Example in 'description.'

    Beginning abilities:

Thunder Clap~When Raikel plays anything loud, a sound wave is generated, rendering anything near her temporarily deaf and stunned.

Lightning Dance~When Raikel plays a fast beat tune, she can summon and command a small lightning 'spirit' to dance, or even fight.

History: Raikel was born in Guru-Vu, and has always had a passion for music. She started trying to learn how to play music at the age of 4, but she couldn't play any wind or brass instrument because she got light headed too fast, she couldn't play any string instrument because her fingers where prone to getting tangled up or cut, but in the several years she spent trying to look for 'her' instrument, she had figured out she had a great sense of rhythm and beat, so she tried percussion. She picked it up immediately and had learned songs she had heard from games and other media. Since then, Raikel has been playing for her friends, family, and at the Dome. She had lost many friends, not to mention her family in the attack on Guru-Vu, and has swore revenge on Carlos (is his last name Mencia? XD) and his minions. But somehow, she maintains her 'happyfly' personality. (You know, a spunky, annoying small thing?)

Other: She can pick up on almost any song's main beat and copy it within minutes, making competitions simpler than they are for other people.

I'd like to join this. I like the idea. ^_^

    Name: Narima Kinsha (Nari)

    Title: Moon Angel/Angel Lips

    Age: 17

Her usual outfit consists of a green t-shirt with a strange symbol in black over a full moon on the back over a white long sleeved shirt, slightly faded jeans with an embroidered belt, white shoes with green stripes, and a silver ring with a black stone on her left index finger. She has two sheathes clipped to either side of her belt that hold her daggers as well as a pouch clipped to the right side of her belt that holds her ocarina that is embroidered with the same symbol as her shirt and ocarina.

    Weapon: Twin Daggers

It can also be used to make the water creatures attack an enemy, though once she stops playing the creatures slow and turn back into water.

Hmm, it's nearly my bedtime, but, reserve a spot for me? *peace sign for no reason* I may wish to be two characters, though, because it'll be hard to be a mermaid if they can't walk on land. Or can they? Depends on what kind of mermaid you're talking about. Clarification- Are they or are they not bound to the waters?

Hmm, I dunno if this Sign-up really works. If there's something wrong with it, please tell me.

    Name: Kuina Toshokani
    Title: The Lullaby Banshee
    Age: 16
    Gender: Female
Description: Kuina has long, clean golden blonde hair which is unnaturally straight all the way down to her waist, where it ends in delicate ringlets. She has dark, bold blue eyes, which are big and bright, contrasting to her skin and hair, which are wispy and smooth. Her pale skin makes her look slightly ill with her washed out hair. She wears a knee-length coffee brown skirt with an ornate design on the hem of her skirt, reaching no higher then three inches above the rim. Around her waist is a gold tassle belt, which is loosely wrapped around from her mid-thigh to her upper hip. She wears a longsleeved, pale tan scoop neck top with a halter top underneath that matches the color of her skirt. Kuina wears a brown clip in her hair, to hold back her long bangs which would otherwise drape over both eyes. She wears a pair of cream colored kitten heels, and she's often seen carrying around a brown leather flute case. Around her neck is a brown choker with a round silver disk hanging from the very middle, but this is rarely visible, as she usually wears a chocolate brown scarf around her neck. She has a black tattoo of a treble clef on her left cheek, which is usually hidden by her hair, which drapes over the entire left portion of her face and shoulder. Her eyelids droop slightly, making her smile seem rather half-hearted, and she constantly looks as though she's tired. She wears icy blue eyeshadow which is such a light coat it's barely visible, and a pale pink gloss that's just as invisible. Underneath her skirt she wears a pair of black biker shorts.

Personality: Kuina is a very easygoing person, with a soft-spoken personality and a very quiet disposition. She can very much be compared to a newborn kitten, who is curious, but silent, and blind to the world. Kuina doesn't see anything she doesn't want to see, but just about everything else, she can watch like a hawk. She is most definetely an all out optimist, rarely letting anyone be pessimist in even the very least. But, like any normal person, she has her limit of optimism, and is usually sullen and blank when this limit is reached. She rarely uses any kind of sarcasm, and is unbearably gullible, believing just about everything she hears, unless it is absolutely outrageous- and mind you, her definition of outrageous is... outrageous! She has a very patient way of handling things, and sometimes, she's so patient, it becomes eerie for the people around her to watch. She has never lost her temper after her recovery, and loves being a motherly figure, though her attitude is more of an innocent, oblivious child then a hard-working mother. This leads her to be a rather spine-less cry baby, but she's far from spine-less. Moral-less, maybe. The other side to her personality is brought out during a desperate situation, the personality in which is utterly selfish and self serving. She becomes extremely manipulative, and she does pretty much anything to get her way.

    Music Genre/ Sector: Classical/Romance - Centre

Instrument Description: Kuina uses a special vertical flute made of ivory, with ebony keys. The head joint can be used as a handle, to brandish the flute like a sword. She calls the flute Banshee as a joke, because it is crafted to play the high notes of a piccolo.

    Element: Wind

Half blood or Pure blood: Pure Blood Rizumu

Weapon: Kuina carries an assortment of Medical Needles, which are similar to elongated acupuncture needles. (Yes, I'm stealing Korinku's weapon. x_x Needle's in Haku's right hand- Clicketh)

Beginning abilities: Banshee Shriek- Kuina plays the highest note on her flute in the third octave, to create a sound wave to deafen and momentarily stun her opponent. The note can damage the eardrums enough to bleed, and cause distortion. She uses the wind to make this sound travel further then it normally would and she also uses the wind to prevent the sound from reaching her own ears.

The Banshee Lullaby- Kuina plays a slow lullaby tune, to cause her opponents to fall asleep after three minutes of continuous playing, even if the victim isn't directly listening, or if there's another sound that hides the melody. She uses the wind to make this sound travel further then it normally would, and she also uses the wind to prevent the sound from reaching her own ears.

Divine Death- Kuina places 10 medical needles into her flute, and blows into the mouthpiece to shoot them into the air, and then uses wind to further direct them towards their target, which is usually a vital part of a species body.

History: Kuina was once notoriously known as the 'ghost girl', as a local joke, because of her appearance, and that her parents rarely let her out of the house due to their fear of just about everything, including her fatiguing illness. Therefore, the only glances people had of her were from her bedroom window in the grand mansion her family resided in. Her parents rarely dressed her in warm colors, only white's and grays, which further eccentrated her odd appearance. This was mostly because her nightdress, which she was mostly caught seen in at the windows, was pure white. Her eardrums could not tolerate any kind of loud music, and so, she listened only to soft classical music, often turned down as low as it possibly could go, and her muscles often tensed up until she couldn't move them. Kuina therefore developed a serious distaste for any kind of music other then classical, and she learned many forms of acupuncture, and also how to fix up and diagnose many other diseases. She was very passionate about her issue with loud music, and often held violent temper tantrums about this subject, usually more violent towards herself then anyone else, as she tugged at her hair and punched at anything hard to vent her anger, and in the process, she mostly exhausted herself to the point in which her stamina was gone for 3 days. As she grew older, she became slightly more tolerant, until she tolerated just about everything, and Kuina made a full recovery from her illness. She still looked as though she was about to fall over from exhaustion, but she was well enough to leave the mansion, and thus, the ghost girl joke faded, without her ever knowing of it. As she was recovering, she was taught how to play the flute, although playing the horizontal flute took too much stamina that she needed her vertical flute, and her parents bought the best of the best. She was expert at the flute by the time the attack came, and had enough stamina to live like a normal person. After the attack, she redid her experience with Acupuncture and used it for killing, though she has no particular attatchment to her town, therefore, her main intent is not to rebuild the town into it's former glory. She simply wants to avenge her dead parents, who are really the only people she ever met aside from nameless, faceless servants and doctors.

Do you mind if I reserve West Sector and Grass? I'm going to sleep soon.
    Name: Kiwi Mitsuko
    Title: Shun'ou {Hibiscus Cherry Blossom}
    Age: 17
    Gender: Female
Description: Kiwi has a peachy skin-complexion to which her face appears to be glowing and full of life. She has flowing russet-brown hair that reaches to her shoulders. Her bangs range from a slanted position on the right side of her head to a small stub on the left, part of this obscures her viridian eyes that are to say the least, pupiless. Kiwi keeps her eyes protected by her unruly bangs with her lime-trimmed spectacles that enable her to see clearly. At the base of her hair, lies an emerald ribbon that keeps about one inch of hair at bay.

Now, you could easily conclude that Kiwi absoulutely adores the color of green and yes, there is more to it. For her top, Kiwi harnesses a once again, pine tunic with a collar on the upper. The collar sports a chalky tie which has sage-green polka dots splattered onto it. She wears flared jeans that seem a tad to large for her, as both of them can easily flapp under to reveal her underwear. At the end her herself, she usually walks barefoot and only sometimes wears waraji.

Kiwi is petite, and stands at a short height for her average age. In paltry details, Kiwi also sports two bells along the side of jeans and they are just for show and when moving, they are almost completely silent except for the tingling echo of it. Around Kiwi's wrist lies a string bracelet of the color raven, it was given to her by her father and is a memory of him. In her hair are two barrettes, that are a chartreuse color and are shaped of a flower.
Personality: Kiwi is an optimistic girl, and it can easily be proclaimed. She's upbeat and perky, and always ready to cracka quirk at the worst time though. Kiwi is seemingly naive for her own good and is one of those, ooh what does this button do? And she'd blow up the world, this is the way that Kiwi is curious but not stupid. Kiwi is one that plays the blues when she's bitter and finds it as a way to relax her emotions. To be one agronomy, you would need to be patient and tolerant, which is exactly what Kiwi is. She can become a bit mousy at times when blood is shown, but now, it is only minor hemophobia. Kiwi has also developed some abberant fears, such as anatidaephobia, fear that somewhere, somehow, a duck is watching you.
    Music Genre/ Sector: Jazz.//West Sector
Instrument Description: Hanafubuki, Kiwi's saxophone is a polished silver color and has ivory colored keys. It is mainly used to play median sized pitches and played it double notes most of the time. It is decorated with beryl flowers from silver vines that flow from the primary part of the saxophone. Kiwi always keeps a reed ready in her pocket is for some reason something happens to the one currently in the instrument. You can easily say the name fits to the instrument in this situation.
    Element: Grass
Half Blood or Pure Blood: Pure-blood Rizumu
Weapon: A mace, of an onyx color. It is made of hard steel and pretty heavy if I say so, the assortment of spikes on the mace are also sticking upward and the chain can lengthen to about five feet and retract back. Kiwi usually throws the mace and tries to swing it a bit carefully, analyzing the opponent's position and where he or she is. Kiwi absoulutely likes her mace and likes playing around with it, as of literally "smashing," trees, boxes, and other things apart with her mace, which is named Ayame, or "iris."
    Beginning abilities:
Baroque of Blossoms - Kiwi plays a slow, peaceful tune and sakura blossoms appear and they soon grasp the foe into the flower petals, this can only be maintained as Kiwi plays the melody and by playing high notes, she can grasp the foe more, but where? The results are random.
Waltz of the White Chrysanthemum - Kiwi plays double notes in the high keys of her saxophone and creates a shield of white Chrysanthemum petals that look as they appear to be dancing around Kiwi. This is usaully used as an all-out defense move.
Variation of the Viscaria - Kiwi plays a partly-fast melody using the E-flat key and then a battlefield of a tranquil, peaceful forest comes out, in this forest, Kiwi can use the trees, the grass, the flowers, anything in the battlefield to manipulate to damage an enemy.

May I reserve a spot? ^-^;; I cannot finish my form at the moment, but I find the concept of this RP intriguing.

    Name: Kiba Juugoya
    Title: Night Demon
    Age: 17
    Gender: Male
Description: Amidst Kiba's mess of mid-length black hair, random streaks of red are painted into the bangs that overhang wolflike eyes of deep gold. With fangs that remain during any day or night and nails that naturally retain a clawlike appearance, Kiba's Lycanthrope blood is easy to recognize. A buckled spiked collar rests about the base of Kiba's neck with several silver chain necklaces hanging down beneath it--one necklace decorated with curved metal spikes resembling carnivorous teeth. From Kiba's left ear hand two simple, circular earrings of silver. Over a sleeveless shirt of black spattered with three lines of dark red across its front, Kiba wears a solid black sweater jacket with the sleeves torn off. Beneath this jacket is tied a clip belt bound about the waist of a pair of black cargo pants bearing silver rings on the outer sides of the thighs and a set of rather normal black boots emerging from beneath them. Over the jacket rests another belt, this one spiked and clipped to the first belt at one hip and allowed to hang down at the other. On Kiba's left wrist rests a series of black leather and silver bracelets of various forms, while a single spiked wristband encircles Kiba's right wrist. Beneath these ornaments, Kiba wears a black fingerless glove on each hand. Strapped to his back with a double belt is Kiba's sword in a basic sheath, and imprinted upon his right shoulder is tattooed a design of black lines and shapes.
Personality: Though Kiba values very little and rarely resolves to do anything, he can be extremely stubborn when he does decide upon something and can only be convinced to change his mind by reason--never force. As might be expected, Kiba's view of life is rather pessimistic and dark, causing him to be easily irritated with those who hold the opposite view. Still, despite his apparently harsh personality, Kiba is a surprisingly controlled and logical individual. Turning into a monster during every full moon has instilled within Kiba a keen dislike for losing control over himself. And, while he has more control over himself in his werewolf form than most Lycanthrope--being half Rizumu--Kiba's Rizumu blood also gives him more power and potential for destruction than many others of his kind. One of the central reasons Kiba wears a large amount of silver is to help suppress the werewolf blood within him. The mixed genetics within Kiba have somehow "diluted" the appearances of the werewolf, and cause signs of the wolf to appear periodically on nights or days not of the full moon.
    Music Genre/ Sector: East - Heavy Metal/Goth
Instrument Description: Vocal - A troubling aspect of Kiba's control of darkness by only the use of his voice is his ability to use his element while in his Lycanthrope form. Piercing howls accompanied by lengthening shadows and savagely-bared fangs have helped earn Kiba the nickname "Night Demon".
    Element: Darkness
Half blood or Pure blood: Rizumu/Lycanthrope
Weapon: Fang - A double-edged sword of solid black colouring that Kiba wears strapped across his back. Ironically, Fang was first forged to help defend against Kiba while he was in his Lycanthrope form. Because Kiba helped create the weapon and added his darkness abilities to it, the sword has a type of "dark shielding" that makes the dark element unable to break it.

WOW. I never thought I'd see the day when the two things I'm good at would be mixed together. RP + music = win.

    Pretty much finished. (See History.)

    Name: Reks Diamond

    Title: T-Reks

    Age: 19

    Gender: Male

    Description:
Reks is, physically, what you might call a "beatnik." He adores comfortable clothes; especially clothes that might up his "cool" factor. He wears a pitch blach beret, which tries and fails to keep his blonde hair out of his face. His hair is a cream shade of blonde that is on the borderline between ruffled and truly messy. Since he's half elf, his ears are not as long as the average Rizumu, but still longer than most. His fingers are dextrous and calloused, probably from many years of guitar playing. He stands tall at around 6'1", but a slouch drops a couple of visible inches off of him.

Apparel-wise, his usual clothing choice consists of a worn green jacket with tons of music-related patches around the arms and back, a black t-shirt with a saxophone wailing depicted on the front, tattered jeans, and classic hi-tops. He wears a gem embroidered necklace around his neck, and a black watch around his left wrist.

Personality: Quite contrary to his appearance, Reks is rather upbeat. He loves his music, and loves to sings songs and practice as much as possible. He's very likable, and appreciates most styles of music, except for the Norther Sector's folks. "Anything with talent." is what he would probably say to you. His main style of playing is Jazz, but he can play several styles of music, as well as being an exceptional singer. He's quick to befriend, and quick to trust, but break that trust, and prepare to have an enemy for a long, long time.

    Music Genre/ Sector:
    Western Sector - Jazz.

Instrument Description: Reks plays a modified Lute, strung with nylon strings for that classic Jazz guitar sound. It's a deep chestnut color with music notes painted all up and down the neck and body. The case is a velvet covering with emerald colored embroideries.

    Element: Ice

Half blood or Pure blood: Half Blood - Mixed with elf.

Weapon: Twin Daggers, each made from an Onyx colored rock. They are both surrounded by an aura, which is activated by a certain song. His left handed dagger has a blue aura, while the right hand has a red one.

    Beginning abilities:

    Bluesette:
Playing a long stream of slow, sad notes, he causes the sky to explode, casting shards of ice all around. However, he must be playing for the whole time - as soon as he stops, so does the Blizzard.

Joy Spring: Playing an upbeat, joyful song, he creates ice bombs that can then be cast at the enemy.

The T-Reks Blues: Playing a song he created himself, he squeezes haze from the sky, bringing a confusing mist down upon the enemy.

History: Reks has always had a penchant for music. From a very young age, he would attend his parents concerts at the dome, listening. This experience would come in handy later, as he built on his parents legacy as popular Jazz musicians of the time. With his Lute, he would play beautiful, powerful, speedy, slow, all kinds of melodies, charts, and tunes. All this changed when the attacks began, however. The strike on his town was especially devastating, leaving nearly no survivors, save for himself. Finding his mother's necklace by wind of chance alone, he set off, hoping to find the man that had separated him from his family, and their dreams.

    Name: Fraylen Dyne
    Title: The Ice Prince
    Age: 23
    Gender:Male
Description: Fraylen is a very tall, very imtimidating man as are all of the Dyne family. He stands nearly 6'5" and despite being sleek in form, he is slightly muscular and broad shouldered. His skin is incredibely pale to the point of holding a soft blue glow, a trait that he inheritted from his mother. Aside from his imposing size he looks fairly frail with his porcelin skin and slender hands. This is of course, not true in the least. Fray has been gifted with hair of a nearly ash black hue, streaked occasionally with pale blue. These were also a gift from his mother. He wears his hair long, the locks falling in neat layers about his shoulders before tappering off at mid back. The young man's most startling feature however, are his eyes. Two pure white voids with slitted black pupils. The irises have been rimmed in black as well, giving him a very preditorial look. He has a generous mouth that is usually drawn into an unamused frown. If one looks closely at the young man's skin, here and there they would note a few faint blue scales that gleam when light hits them. These are the cause of his blue complextion.

Fray usually can be seen sporting form fitting white leather pants that cling to his hips and a skin tight black netted shirt. Normally he wears a heavy white leather trench lined in black fur over it. He isn't too picky about what he wears as long as it suits his form. His ears are slightly pointed and at the juntion between his jaw and neck there are a set of barely noticeably gills. Yet another of his mother's many gifts. Several black tattoos are imprinted on him, including one that encircles his navel of the celtic word for prince, the japanese kanji for ice beneath his left eye, and an odd symbol on his ankle that represents his mother's family. He has a single peircing on his left ear near the top in which he wears a silver ring.

Personality: Appathetic, thoughtful, and usually pretty quiet, Fray does not find interest in many other people. There are a select few that he opens up to and at times he will listen to others, however, unless he finds some reason to trust you, good luck getting him to open up. The young man hates doing things without a reason and because of this he is often thought of as either lazy or a bit of a drag. However, when it comes to his music he becomes rather excited to the point of losing himself. Fraylen lives up to his nickname by being generally unfeeling and oblivious to the pain of others. Why this is? No one really knows. He does however, have a strong sense of honor that often forces him to do things that he dislikes.

Music Genre/ Sector: Eastern Sector/ Heavy Metal
Instrument Description: Fray totes around an electric guitar. It's body is silver and dotted occassionally with blue feathers. Normally, he wears it across his back in a metal case to keep it from being harmed in anyway.

    Element: Ice
Half blood or Pure blood: He is a half blood, his father being a Rizumu and his mother a Mermaid.
Weapon: Fray prefers the use of a large triple bladed Halberd. It is silver in color with black blades and bound in a dark blue leather for an easier grip.

    Beginning abilities:
    Frozen Heart

A fairly draining technique that when used properly freezes his enemies in place for a limited ammount of time. This also causes cold to take over their bodies slowly starting with their extremities. (Preformed by playing a high pitched solor on his guitar.)

    Flurry

A technique that summons up icey dopplegangers of himself. He is only able to create three at a time in the beginning and uses them as sheilds and for attacking.

    Name: Jace Rhiman
    Title: Bassett (Bah-s-ETTE)
    Age: 17
    Gender: Male
Description: Jace has messy black hair, which is never kempt, and make's it seem as though he got out of bed, and simply ran his fingers through it and flattened it. Which is probably what he did. His eyes are a stark merman green that are hard to miss, and is probably the first thing you'll notice about him- if his long bangs haven't been brushed out of the way yet. His attire consists of a dark olive green T-shirt that has black paint splatter designs across the side, and a pair of slightly-too-big dark denim jeans. Jace wears a black wristband on his right arm, and an olive green one on his left. He has five piercings on his Rizumu ears, all on his right ear, three on his cartilidge, and two on his ear lobe. The cartilage piercings are all simply silver rings, and the lobe's are one silver sphere on top, and a small silver hoop on the bottom. He's almost never seen without a toothpick hanging out of his mouth, and he keeps a box of them in his back pocket. His eye's are always half closed, as it's his way of saying "I'm not interested in you, or anything else in this place." And they only widen when his full attention is on something- which doesn't include much. Around his waist, and left leg is his weapon, and the chain wraps around to hold the nail in place at his waist, and in a pocket that was designed to hold the nail, so that the nail doesn't pierce the fabric.

Personality: Jace is very self-confident, often, too self-confident. Though, at first glance, you'd never know it, because he looks like your average, lazy teenager- one that looks as though he's about to fall asleep mind you. He rarely walks straight, as he believes his slouch and body language is enough to get the point that he's not a very exciting person, across. Indeed, Jace isn't the most exciting person you'll ever meet, with his slow drawl and consistent flow of sarcasm. He's rather selfish as well, and is the pessimist who will always go along with something, but always adds a jab like, "Not gonna work," or, "This sucks." He doesn't really have any kind of temper, as he's never been provoked enough to lose his cool to the point in which his mind is fogged. (It's usually blank anyway.) But this never really helps him in tight situations, because he utterly fails at thinking up solutions, and really only thinks about other people's idea's and solutions. He can sit for days and not be able to contribute an idea, even to a simple discussion such as, 'What kind of music should we play?" Even though he comes from the Northern Sector, he always draws a blank to any question that's not 'yes' or 'no'.

    Music Genre/ Sector: Northern Sector/Rock

    Instrument Description: Steinberger Bass
    Element: Gravity
Half blood or Pure blood: Rizumu/Merman
Weapon: A pair of long iron nails fastened to opposite ends a single, thin but sturdy chain, which is thrust at the opponent mostly from a distance, but can be used in close combat as well, though less efficiently.

    Beginning abilities:

Earth Shatter: Jace plays a quick tune on his bass, and when he plays the last note, the ground suddenly "Shatters" as though an earthquake cracked the ground and either lowered or lifted the ground. This changes the terrain, and can also drop the enemy into one of the endless pits created by the shift in the ground. Depending on location, lava can also spew from the ground.

Gradient: Jace plays a long tune on the Steinberger bass, and when he plays high notes, the ground will spike up where he wants it to, and when he plays low notes, the ground will drop. When he plays notes in the middle of the scale, the ground returns to it's normal level state.

Earth Forest/Iron Assassin: Jace raises the ground so that there are pillars of earth, making sure he knows where his enemy is, like a small forest that's near impossible to move around due to the pillars being so close together. He thrusts the iron chain and the nails towards his enemy to kill them. The iron chain and nails mold through the ground, because Jace changes the area in which the nail and chain goes through the pillar into mud.

History: Jace was always the poor boy, stealing from everyone he could reach. This made him a very 'go-with-the-flow' kind of person, because he knew that some night's, he might eat, and some nights he might not. It all depended on his luck, and this made him a very patient person at a young age. Another poor man named Luke was the one who gave Jace his name, and often shared his food when Jace failed to get his own. He never cried after he turned 8, because sometimes, when he would cry, he might miss a chance at money or food. As he grew older, he became more skilled at theiving, enough to steal himself enough for a regular life. Or, more like, get enough from a very rich person who was sympathetic for him. (They only gave him a few dollars, but there was enough stuffed in their wallet anyway.) Luke had taught him how to play an old beat up bass Luke had played before the hard times, and decided to buy himself a new bass- which he did first. By playing on the streets, he made enough to live day-to-day, and used the extra saved up since he was abandoned to buy the clothes he wears, an apartment he shared with Luke, (he always misses the rent,) and food. After the attack on his town, he took the iron nails and chain from Luke, who'd left most of his possessions in a trunk before he was killed, and Jace tuned his life to living for the death of the one who'd killed Luke, and the one who'd turned his life upside down for another rollercoaster ride.

    Other: Sorry if it sucks. It was kinda makeshift. ^^;;

Are we really happy with this lonely game we play? No, but we do love to rp! Go jazz section, baby! *plays keyboard obsessively*

Name: Bond. James Bond. (Just kidding- I always wanted to put that into a sign-up, though! XD) Really, his name is Leon Surrel.

    Title: "The Magic Touch"

    Age: 17

    Gender: Male

Description: Leon's a bit of a slouch, and his clothing shows it- he slumps around town wearing a wrinkled oxford shirt, a "rat-pack" era hat, and a pair of grey slacks, equally wrinkled. His eyes are a deep, rich brown color that calls the words "melted chocolate" to mind, or possibly "dog poo" for those of us who are pessimists. Leon's tousled brown hair hides a pair of cat-like ears that twitch every so often, and his grey cat-tail often moves, keeping beat with the music around him.

Personality: Leon's not the kind of guy who'll ever take over the world, but he is the kind of person who knows how to take over a woman's heart. (At least, he thinks so.) On his own of with other guys, Leon has no problems with lobbing insults, trading punches, or making prank phone calls. (Well, that's just an example of what he would do, were there a phone in the vicinity. It isn't very clear to me what the level of technology in this rp is...) However, in the presence of a woman, all of this instantly changes- Leon becomes the picture of chivalry, unfailingly modest, polite, and well groomed. His messed-up shirt almost seems to straighten of its own accord when a girl enters the picture.

Music Genre/ Sector: East side, baby! (Jazz/Blues)

Instrument Description: Jazz Keyboard. He would have taken a piano, but they aren't exactly the easiest instrument in the world to carry...

Element: Ground (Verdammt, didn't notice darkness was taken until I began typing- now I have to think up new abilities... YOU PEOPLE COULD AT LEAST HAVE SAVED GRAVITY, COULDN'T YOU!?!?)

Half blood or Pure blood: Half Blood- mixed with cat anthro. (Cliche, I know, but cat is my specialty.)

Weapon: An unbreakable, unblockable, undefeatable, magical sword- that measures about one inch in length. (Once again, only kidding, I've also always wanted this in a sign-up. He really uses a pair of trench knives- brass knuckles with blades attached to the edges.

Beginning abilities: "The Broken Hearted Earth"- basically, Leon plays a blues piece and causes the ground beneath him to transform into a chasm. Depending on the length of time Leon holds the final note of the piece, the chasm could be anywhere between a meter or a kilometer in depth. The length depends on the tempo the song is played at- the faster, the longer. The downside to this ability is that Leon must play every note- and the song is two pages long.

"This Masquerade"- Named after the song Leon plays the opening bars of in order to utilize it, this song summons a number of "ground clones", mirror images of Leon made from the earth around him. The ground clones can only last as long as Leon continues the song, and their features are malleable, meaning that they can be reshaped to appear as different people. Their initial form always resembles Leon.

History: Not much to tell here, really- history section always annoys me, as I have trouble coming up with a background for my characters at the very beggining of an rp. Leon grew up in the east section, and fell in love with the keyboard at age eight. His first complete song that he performed, "This Masquerade", became an obsession to him, to the point where his Rizumu father, Riff, taught him to play the more complicated "The Broken Hearted Earth" melody three years ahead of schedule in order to get him to stop playing it. His mother, a cat anthro, died when he was three in a stage accident involving a fire-element Rizumu and an unwatched container of lamp oil. Before she died, she had read her son many stories of knights in shining armor, and rescuing damsels in distress and whatnot. After he grew old enough to understand her death, Leon promised himself two things- one, that he would never lose control of his power, and two, that he would rescue any fair maiden in distress in order to make up for his failure to save his mother. (He had promised her when he was three that he would rescue her if she got hurt after she read him the story of Saint George and the Dragon.) Leon, due to the stage accident, has an irrational fear of fire (pyrophobia). Leon's trench knives belonged to a wind-controlling ancestor of his father's, who had used them as a focus for his wind-based music in battle. During the ransack of Leon's sector, a member of commando attempted to take advantage of a young flute-player Leon had his eye upon, but was driven away by Leon and his father working in joint effort to save her- however, in the course of the battle, the girl was hit with a piece of debris, and entered into a coma. Afterward, Leon vowed to track down this commando member and avenge the destruction of his sector, and the injury of his "chosen lady".

Other: Leon has almost perfect balance, and is able to adjust his body instintively in order to avoid falling.

    "Aw, crap!"

Those were the last two words that went through Jack's mind when he hit the water, and the first two that occured when he resurfaced. "And while I'm at it..." he muttered, adding a few other choice curses to the end of the sentence, including a few ancient ones taught to him by Sonja. He stared at the remains of the ship directly below him- he had been lucky enough to be thrown onto the rocks by the incoming waves, but not everyone aboard had been so fortunate. He removed the fishing pole still slung across his back, and swung it out across the water, a silent salute to his departed comrades. He brushed back a tear, as memories of the people aboard the boat began to march through his brain, completely unbidden. The crew laughing and joking with each other, the younger soldiers excited to enter their first battle, the Captain, who had been the only one not to laugh when Jack's nose had begun to bleed after staring at one of the Scizor on board, and most of all, his friend Ryou, who was undoubtedly at this moment lost beneath the waves. A wandering artist and historian, Ryou had been travelling with Jack for just over a month now, and had become a friend almost closer then a brother. Ryou's last wish was to chronicle the war from the perspective of a soldier, and to bring the story to the people when it ended. Now it seemed as though Ryou would never see his dream come to fruition. At least, Jack thought, my Pokemon are safe...

    His Pokemon!

"DAMNIT!" Jack screeched, leaping up. He had forgotten about his Pokemon, who had been outside of the small red-and-white spheres he wore in his jacket during the time of the crash. If they had been hurt...

"Rai! Audrey! Sonja! Sabine! Where are you! Are you-?" he yelled in a panicked voice.

<Cool it, chief, we're right behind you.> said a small, sassy voice. Jack turned, and began singing praises in his brain. There, behind him, was his entire team, wet but nonetheless OK.

"Well, glad to see you're here- did you notice if anyone else made it out?" Jack asked, staring at Sabine. The Cubone's photographic memory meant she would have the best idea of where they were.

<No. None save us- but there was quite a bit of water around me, and I didn't get a good look.> replied the small bonekeeper in a monotone voice.

"Well then, any idea how to get off of these rocks and onto shore?" asked Jack, wringing water out of his vest.

<I could extend my vines, and use them as a tightrope to get to land, then jump myself.> offered Audrey, shaking the water off of her petals.

"Thanks for the offer. Alright, team, let's go." Jack commanded, waving his arms as Audrey fired her thorn-covered vines toward shore. Jack hesitated, weighing his odds- then decided to speak up, hoping that the shock of the crash would keep Audrey from killing him for complaining long enough for him to reach shore. "Um, Audrey?"

    <Yes?>

"Could you, maybe, you know, tone the spikes down just a little?" Jack asked in a plaintive tone.

With a groan, Audrey shook the vines, causing the thorns upon them to vanish. Jack took the oppurtunity to run along them before Audrey realized he had just complained about the quality of her vines, motioning for his other team members to follow him. They needed no second bidding.

As Jack approached the beach, he thought back to the reason he had entered this war- Grace. She reminded him so much of himself, and he would willingly have allowed her to join his group if it had not been for the fact that she was already owned. She had been killed by those freaks with the guns as well- and now Ryou. Two of the best people in his life snuffed out by the league soldiers.

If Jack had had any regrets about joining the army, they were gone now.

    Name: Alysia (Aly) Einz
    Title: The Wild Pixie
    Age: 16
    Gender: Female

Description: Aly possesses chocolate brown corkscrew curls, bouncing with every little movement she makes. Her hair is usually adorned with little colorful ribbons; she color codes it according to her mood (yellow when she's happy, a sapphire when she's gloomy, etc.). Eyes are a warm hazel, framed by naturally long and curled lashes. She boasts an athletic build and a slightly tanned complexion, although bruises are a frequent accessory. Her ears aren't pointy, unlike most Rizumu, due to her human blood.

She usually wears a short yellow dress and tight black shorts underneath. The dress is simple, with inch wide straps and lined with maroon stitches at the hem. It's a bit loose on her, being a hand-me-down and all, so the straps frequently slide to her shoulders. She wears something more decent when she performs, garment given to her by her mentors, but isn't too fond of them. As for footwear, she wears short leather boots. Although, she'd much rather walk barefooted… and most of the time, she does. Her ornaments, which are a pair of anklets and bracelets, are something that never leaves her body. Her anklets, a dull grey in color, are made of dense lead that adds about two to four pounds to her weight. Her bracelets are a more vibrant silver, made from the same material as her anklets, though much lighter.

Personality: Aly is very brutally, painfully, excruciatingly frank and direct. She prefers that people just get straight to the point rather than slowly addressing it, claiming that she understands better that way. She is gifted, cursed seems more like it, with such vigor that her energy is up to par to that of twelve men. She just never tires; one would wonder whether she grows caffeine or something. She is also quite the curious girl, questioning practically anything she finds outlandish. 'Curiosity killed the cat,' has been said to her over a million times, but she only grins and retorts the usual 'satisfaction brought it back.' Playful and naturally blithe, she is often found merrily skipping through the streets – still barefoot – twirling and spinning all the way.

In spite of all her childlike and impish antics, she is very tough and dedicated. The moment she learned about dancing and everything that was affiliated with it, she committed herself to excel in it. Her daily practices included ten to twenty pounds of added weight as she practiced steps along with the basic exercises that would keep her fit and healthy, and many more.

Music Genre/ Sector: Dance/ Southern sector
Instrument Description: She dances, so technically…she's her own instrument? Er, something like that.
    Element: Wind
Half blood or Pure blood: Half blood; Rizumu mixed with human

Weapon: Aly wields a pair of shukusens, two steel ribbed war fans. Golden silk cover pierced steel ribs that are very heavy. The fan is dull at the base which makes it perfect as a hand blunt weapon or baton when folded. The edges, on the other hand, are razor sharp. When the fan is open, it can be used defensively, efficiently blocking ranged or melee attacks, and the sharp edges can be used offensively for slicing or cutting. Both the inner and outer spokes, plus the plates the connect it, are made from a dense and weighty material, and usually those who hold it for the first time find it tremendously burdensome to use.

She also uses them whilst dancing; using it to perform stunts and moves.

    Beginning abilities: Will edit

History: Aly lives in a rather poorly funded orphanage, where she lived ever since she was three years old. She was adopted three times, actually, but her sassy attitude (who knew people didn't like being questioned every time?) sent her back just days afterwards. The keeper of the orphanage gave up and decided that she was allowed to stay until she was able to live by herself, with the proper job and the likes. Until then, Aly does whatever she can to help raise money for her beloved home.

Dancing was the quickest way she earned money, she realized. She had discovered dancing when she was lying on her creaky bed one afternoon, watching as two women danced with such grace that many others stopped their work just to watch them. The way they moved awed her and it easily fascinated her. Of course, then she just had to try it. She started by mimicking the movement of the two older women, she did it effortlessly. It wasn't enough for her, so after a while, she personally asked the women to teach her.

    They gladly complied.

Kathleen and Iliana were the daughters -- twins! -- of a wealthy family in the Northern Sector of Guru-vu. They were impressed with the young girl's dedication and determination; the fire in her hazel eyes told them that she was ready for anything. Aly proved to be a breath of fresh air, quickly adapting to any type of dance taught to her. They were also the people to be blamed for training Aly to fight with the deadly shukusens.

For years, she visits the twins for her daily lessons – which included dancing and shukusen-training -- then rigorously practices for hours afterward. At noon, she would perform what she learned the previous day at the streets to earn her money. Finally, she practices for a couple of more hours before heading back to the orphanage. She had little free time, but she made the most of it.

Everything was going perfect for her. Slowly but surely, the money she earns repairs and improves the orphanage. The young orphaned children all receive healthy food, brand new toys and clothing. After one seemingly ordinary day, when she returned from her lessons at the twins' (who were oddly fidgety, she recalled) she saw the most horrible sight. Debris stood in the place of her home, and she whiffed the foulest odor… it reeked of death. After paying her respects, she sped to the home of her mentors. She came too late however, and was informed that they had been kidnapped.

She returned to the orphanage later that day, vowing that she will avenge the poor innocent children that had been her only family and save her kind mentors.
