Suggestion: [Spoiler Alert] Add Spoiler button to Quick Reply

I like using the quick reply but what is the point when a lot of the features of a full reply aren't there? Only thing I'd really prefer to be added is the spoiler tag. Sometimes I just want to add a quick bunch of links or images to a post or message and I don't really feel like typing out spoiler and /spoiler over and over and having comcast internet don't really like switching pages a lot :P Would appreciate this a lot

That would certainly be convenient, not exactly a necessity but it would make posting that little bit easier which is always something I'll support.

Always wondered this myself. :p This'd be super helpful, yes. Especially because I generally post in Anime/Manga and Art and Design and both sections require quite a bit of usage of these tags.

I just saw this, and I like the idea, but I thought of a way to make it even more convenient. Could it be possible to customize what buttons you see on the QR box? That way, if you use certain tags more often than others, you can put those on, and not have to have the ones you don't need? I don't use S-Highlight, but I do use Sub, Sup, and even div from time to time, so being able to have only what I need there would be nice.

I'm not saying this is a bad idea or anything, but I just wanted to take the idea a little further.

Certainly a good idea, probably something to go on the list for PC 2.0 though. I know from working with the WYSIWYG box that a lot of stuff in there would need to be rearranged quite a bit (a bunch of extra buttons are held with one script away from the other buttons). So unless Audy feels the inspiration to do it soon, I imagine it'll go on the to-do list if it's liked. I would do it myself but plugins are limited to the admin usergroup. Which is why Audy will be the man to decide, good idea though! And I can see it being implemented eventually :]

This will save me a LOT of time since I don't have to type in [Spoiler][/Spoiler] every time I want to insert a spoiler tab.

Edit: Guess I should've specified a little more. When you go to edit your comments and it does like the quick edit, it still has the few options from before and when you Quick Reply from a mail message from private messaging it has the same thing, I was wondering if those could be updated too?

Should all be done. I imagine that some of these buttons will be cut down (I don't think we need sup, YouTube etc in the quick reply, but it was the best I could do for now).

I think that's browser dependant on vB. I remember being able to use it on Firefox, but not on Chrome. No idea why, I could be wrong though. I also miss the ability to do so, but I'm unaware of vB having any such option to use hotkeys or not.
